Sat was the 1st time I brought my boy to such indoor playground like Gymboree and I guess he is quite shy. Unlike most BB, He juz sat there or only stick to the slides. And when he finally warmed up and start to crawl ard on his own, its time to leave, tsk tsk! Sorry mummies I didn't get to mingle much with u all cos my boy is so shy.

Alfafa: THks for organising!

pseed, Thks for the clip, very sweet!

mangogal, Thks for the cookie. Hope Caroline will fully recover soon.

MIsscandy, Had yelihao mini buffet which u recommended and its gd! Plus portion also alot

teddy - suggestion abt letting ur lil one warm up... kirs used to take awhile to warm up to others... she was also afraid of my in laws and takes quite awhile to let them play and carry her... so wad we did was to bring her out more often... when we come bk frm wrk, if weather permits, we bring her dwnstairs to the playground... we let her go on the slide... look at the other kids... then blow bubbles for her... not sure if ur lil one is always kept at home like mine... but do it often n slowly, the time needed to warm up shortens... it works for Kirs...
happy.gif
if it doesnt wrk, it cld be jus that ur lil one is of the shy nature... hee... but its nice to let them play with other kids...

she still clings to my leg when we let dwn to walk, run n play... but like i said, last time it wld take like 45mins to an hr to warm up... now maybe few mins to 30mins.. depending on her mood also ba... haha...

Hi Jtho,

Thanks for sharing...wow..that's a very good deal.

jennifer - try party with us at centrepoint... or the party shop at holland village...

or u go to the BP section, some of the balloon pple... pple like.. babyterror... kidspartystore...

Jennifer, u can try balloons paradise..their balloons are cheaper than babyterror / kidzpartystore. i ordered from them for my boi's party on 06 march. good service too.
You can google them to get their contact.

Prosper.. who are you getting for the food? If it's Neo Garden.. must get the siew mai I heard its nice although I didn't get the chance to eat it.. haha.

Missy, yah yah... Like Kris, Ryker looked blur blur at the camera, must be wondering why he was sitting on the sofa w/o any toys. U r not the only cheapo, me too... at least had a photo for memory.

Teddybaby, agreed w Missy, try to bring your boy to playground. My mum bring my boy to playground to crawl & play w other toddlers ard his age, we don't mind his hands & pants get dirty. Bath him after that. Now, every morning he will point to the gate asking you to bring him out.. hhhaha. But still to those unknown people, he still stare at them.

hmmmm... may be I will let Ryker to swim naked or sleepsuit. I may bring a float. If any of you buy swim diapers, i would like to share. Really looking forward for this day :p

Missy, so sweet of you to source & provide us the location. Thanks !

Strawberry, added you liao...

Hi Mummies,

I would like to confirm the appt with you. Confirm coming:

Jennifer + Hubby + 2 princesses (28mth & 12mth)

May I check how many mummies here also have 2 bb aged ard the same as mine? ;)

Jennifer

omg, i found a baby cockroach the size of half a rice grain in her nose shit...i wonder is there in her ears as sometimes she will poke her ears...or is it their habit...

we just celebrated our ger bday. buffet fr neo garden and cake fr pine garden.

jennifer - if u read the post regarding the party, it does state who to transfer the money to and the account number... u just tt $30 to the account and u PM prosper ok?

for sinmey's, to avoid any confusion, best for prosper to just tt back to her. =P

reverie : my hair stands while I read your post!!

Mummies : I bought some books for my boy from http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/

I checked the prices with two books bought from Kino and its cheaper from this online store. Didn't compare the prices of other books I bought though. Of cos, if there is Kino/Border sales, then may not be worthwhile. Gotta compare it yourself.
