if u afraid of fever, can always give paracetamol and/or ibuprofen half an hour before his vaccination (to allow it time to work), then u know that for the next 4-6 hours after that any fever will be under control. it will also provide some pain relief for the injection.

Queenie, that list really brings back memories! i used to look at all the interesting baby names
i remember we used to update each other here, baby how many cm, how heavy, movements in our tummy, etc etc, hehee so fast our babies also reaching 4 months already. Our 6 months bash also means we've all also known each other "online" and "offline" for 1 year plus already (since some of us came in halfway)hehee...how time flies

BB Einstein CDs...another temptation...gd to hav in DVD format but this means bb needs to view it on TV...despite e 'bad' effects of overstimulation in watching flicking images on TV, guess we don hav much of a choice for this generation ya...in fact studies hav indicated tat those who watch TV programmes more frequently r known to b moodier/more stressed...e happier ones r usually those who r glued less in front of e google box...oso read frm somewhere tat itz better to watch TV w open windows as e emitted Infra red rays r baaaadddd for our health...something like can cause cancer...

Is BEBEpod or BUMBO a precondition in letting BB get used to b4 putting him on a high chair/feeding chair?
Some kids will resist if move frm Ground zero to Top floor...mayb e BEBEpod/ Bumbo is a tool for gradual transition...again wan to make sure if this is true b4 i commit e purchase...my hb n i most likely happy w 1 so don wish to buy stuff excessively...i oredi hav a feeding chair as a gift frm my bro/wife...

Hi Mummies,
I'm a March mummy and going back to work in 2 weeks time and need some advice. I (or rather my mum) have been trying to bottle feed my baby for the past month and we have tried a few bottles but to no success. She will scream her heart out and I will eventually give in to direct latch her.
So far have tried Avent, Green to Grow and Nuk milkbottle. Any advise on mummies who may experience the same thing or what bottles you are using? Thanks in advance for any advise.

finally got my internet access in office ... YEAH!!!

brought bb Shao Han for his 1st 6-in-1 jab yesterday ... so still thinking lucky not fever then my mum called 10mins ago to say got slight fever 37.7 SIANZzzzzz
and as expected ... the dr there say that his testicle still have not decended then i purposely say ... for my #1 you oso say the same thing and my PD said that its due to the cold aircon and cold hand =p the dr say go and see her again in Aug
if not due to the cost of the jab is half the price ... i really do not want to go Polyclinic to see their dr lor ...

my baby keeps kei sai and we tot she poo but eventually still not able to poo. She seems uncomfortable, seeing her kei sai. Gave her water le. HOW? then my dad said she got slight fever due to not pooing but after poo, she is ok liao. Any babies like that? btw, she is drinking FM
