green poo...ya, tink itz due to more fore than hind milk...got to see it this week for 1st time...this mommy so tired never relatch bb after 10 min for each breast...but im on combi feed...so dunno e real cause...
hi princess in dreamland, ya..old folks say e green poo due to scare or overstimulation...my boi oso eats jin feng san...but he eats this to let out gas frm stomach...east or west medication...oki to try as long as bb ok...

Anyway, a bit worried about school coz' my colleague text me that there is going to be some changes to my teaching load when I return. Im afraid I will be given a "D" coz' Im taking no pay leave and heard many stories where mummies return only to discover that they have been ranked "D".
If given a D, I think I sure go to education minister, Haha.. My school management is kena sai. D means no promotion for 3 years, extensive, major scrutiny on my teaching and lots and lots of gossip.
Really not thinking straight now.. Im too worried..

Think the latest jumperoo is actually the Learn and Laugh Jumperoo. I bought it while i am here. USD$99.99 at Toyrus, i think the rainforest jumperoo is USD$84.99.. i hope it is good... if not jia lat. I tried my gal on a jumper (hang on wall kind), she not ready yet so i shall not put her in it yet just in case spoil her legs development. Me itching to buy exersaucer.. how? hahahah

idlecat... i bought frm SMH.. my first purchase when i joined here... i bought mine at that time was $45.. good deal coz come with trayand both in boxes.. depeneds on the thighs.. my elder son can still sit there now as though he was born big .. now no more liao.. i tink soon both my boys wearing M size diapers together.. for my younger son now... think will not last so long.
be sure to ask condition and all...since u are near me... u are welcome to try my bumbo if u want?? sms me?.. its white elephant now since my elder can sit on his own.... waiting for younger one to be able to be in it...

mangogal: wah sounds dangerous hoe for the hep B...My boy went for 2nd dose le, i feel so skepitcal now for the last dose...hopefully like wat asura n missycandy say, since birth they took so shld b ok to complete the dose ba...well...

I think very early on there were some posts which some mummies feed bb with panadol before the jab. My bb got slight fever for 1 day after her previous jab even though i fed her with the pao sheng water three days before jab so next jab, i going to try panadol before jab plus pao sheng water as well.

You got a point; it is restricted by the thigh size. I actually want to get a walker but still too big for my baby. Therefore thinking of get a Bumbo to let her "sit" so that I can do some work when she doesn't want to stay in her rocker. Anyway, she seem to be going to outgrown the rocker, so have to get some replacement before she can use walker.

Yao LAN..... Think I might sell mine soon.. Since I have been away for almost a mth. Ugin has gotten used to the bed. Today I placed him in his cot for his afternoon nap... He SLEPT in it... Hehehe.. So most prob I will sell it off. Will informyou gals if those are interested. PM me.. Will kiv you.
Decrease in milk intake
Does any mummies have these experiences??I have increased ugin milk to 150ml every 4 hrs for about 3-4 weeks. Suddenly he decrease his intake now only 100-120ml sametiming... Worrying me now. But no adverse behaviour from him. Is it normal???????

Daphne: Elixir also...always giving him abt 125ml water plus powder so abt 140ml, used to finish everything but nowadays only take abt 120 n stop..if continue to put inside his mouth, he will gag...also same situation as u...so lucky u that ugin can sleep on the bed le...hope elixir can too...

So worrying right..... Yes now ugin will place the teats on his tongue and block the teats from going further into his month.... So naughty and sometimes when I breast feed him.. He'll bite ( lucky no teeth yet) then pull.. Tell him no.. He gives the killer cute smile... Urrrggghhh don't know should be angry or laugh... Asked my PD she said give water and observe. Weight him today he us 6.4kg le heavier then last 2 weeks. Guess should be okie bah but still worry....Qooooooooo

i very ks.. i sterlize every time i finish pumping.. n i HATE sterlizing... i rather latch but hor my boy very smart if i latch he dun wan drink from bottle.. nowadays he drinking lesser n lesser.. dunno is becos he dun like from drinking bottle or i aslo dunno.. from 180ml to now 80ml to 100ml..(worrying) dunno wat happen.. so will latch during night n morning feed juz in case he is hungry..

i think the bebepod i bought is really good !!! it comes with the tray & a toy on it... placed baby K on it while i went to have my bath and she entertained herself with the toy... hehehehe.. if nt usually she will eh eh eh or cry for me... dn i have to faster rush thru my bath.. sometimes halfway have to attend to her... -_-" YEAH for the bebepod! hehehe

Yup you are right.... As long as baby is fine and growing.. Hahaha kiasu so weighed him.... Willnstill monitor.. Sometimes like he knows I am worry and stress out about his milk intake.. He purposely drink little to make me grow White hair hahaha.. So I try not to talk nor look at him when he is drinking scared distract him but useless ..

oh my, think keenan's the opposite. Since sunday, he's either on growth spurt or cluster feeding at night. He'll finish 135ml at 1.15am, then 2 hours later at 3.15am, he'll rouse again so i'll latch. at 5.15am another time then latch again. Each time about 1 full breast, so should be enough foremilk + hindmilk.
By 7.15am when he rouse, his daddy will carry him outside and considered his "official wake up" time coz he'll play until 9+ when he sleeps. After that the rest of the day, each feed can last 3-4 hours depending.
So u say, his 2 hourly is cluster feeding at night? Or just looking for breast for comfort? *panda eyes mummy*

asura, hehe I did exactly what you said. But I was suppose to have 4 fast flow teats, ended up having 5?! I'm thinking one of them is a slow flow that I accidentally made the hole bigger.
missycandy, I am so tempted but the green bebepod with kiwi tray but supposed to get hand me down from colleague so have to resist. My FC will def not approve this purchase he he. Good to know K likes it. Her thighs fit in it ok?

By the way, I want to recommend What To Expect , The First Year to all of you. It's a pretty comprehensive book. I was re-reading it today and it addresses a lot of concerns that I see posted on the thread.
Think I am barely making sense now. Baby A is STILL not over her jetlag. She sleeps and eats like she was still in France. If she doesn't improve by Wed, I'm going to call babysleepfairy for help.
Also, I may just meet you girls for a while at Marriott and not join in the buffet is she is being cranky.
