ur hubby want boy ah? Hehe my aunt taught me, wife must be on top position of hubby, feed ur hubby hard boil egg, oyster & orange juice, to make the semen thicker, then do it on 3 days only!
EG: Ur cycle 30 days, then 30 /2 =15 +1 =16, do it frm day 16 onwards till day 18, 3 days n stop, the rest leave it to God's will for u to strike a boy,keke!

sun - how about taking super hot shower...the kind where ur mirror will turn all misty...sometimes i manage to prevent blocked ducts that way...i even go to the extend of taking a hot shower everytime i pump...to squeeze out whatever milk that cannot be pumped out

actually after mdm rokiah clears the blocked ducts, we really have to learn to manage it..coz i realised everytime she clears for me, the blocked ducts will always come back, and only she can help me to unblock them...haiz...

the lactation consultants at tmc also suggest take hot MILO..wonder why milo..is it coz it makes you perspire? i find that perspiring makes massaging easier?...

Who wants to do lasik? I did mine abt 2yrs ago at Paragon. Hmmm...IMO, I think lasik is the best invention, even better than aircon, heehee. I suddenly feel liberated the moment I walked out of the OT. LOL. Although my power wasn't that high but not too low either, ie. 150 in my left, 300 in my right. I decided to go for it cuz I still need to put on glasses or contacts when I'm doing my daily task except shower. Even during swimming I put on contact lens but eyes would turn red lor. but those of u who want to do, maybe don't do first if still bf. I know during preg can't do due to hormones changing the power or shape of cornea. bf think also the same. not much side effects for me except halo for 1st week at night.

Yesterday just went to KP to get 1 manual yaolan to put at my PIL's house. Wahhh.....never felt so relaxed, should get it earlier. Anver can slept in it for about 3 hours than wake up for his milk lor. Of course, i don't dare to yao too hard scare later he will addict to it.

me oso kanna blocked ducts again....like keep haunting me...sighz...i had to page for mdm rokiah's service last thurs and yesterday night and this morning kanna painful blocked ducts which i cannot remove....so afternoon i used manual pump in the office....managed to soften the area so better liao...

i bought the stone from mdm rokiah...she's realli good in hand expressing...i tried it myself but like difficult...guess i'm just not cut out for hand express...

my bb sleep in yaolan oso...its like a magical device...put him inside he can sleep quite fast...if he makes noise jus rock him and he will sleep...makes life easier for us...heh

Also, she's sooo much more experienced lor. The yaolan that i had brought comes with a stand. It is exactly as the photo below

I brought it at $86 (around that price) nett. It comes with a sarong, 3 springs and a secure belt.

Can carry Anver for a short distance but not long distance lar. Normally will use carrier since its a short distance thats why i just carried him up.

sun, try using warm water in bottles?
this is what i do, not expert thou.
- use 3 fingers, go around your breast. Press lightly toward your nipples, go one round.
- once you feel slight pain when you press, use the warm bottle and press at that area for awhile, this will usually cause let down.. Then i will massage that area toward the nipple...

i also have ameda lactaline and avent manual. Ask you ah, after i sterilise the avent pump, am i suppose to dry the part that goes onto the breast (is it called the shield)? If yes, how to dry? I tried using it once without drying and find that it doesn't have the grip cos it's wet leh. How ah?

Pei, im starting to read e Baby Whisperers...TH says a hunger cry sounds like a slight cough followed by a waaa rhythm; a tired cry is two short cries followed by a long one or three short wails followed by a hard cry...seems qite true...

TH oso advocates e 4/4 rule...4mths / 4hr feed...n highlights EASY all interrelated...if bb not good on 1 area, it affects other aspects n ultimately affects Y-You...

Short sightedness...i oso dream of regaining good eyesight...my degree now 600+ for both, worser astigmatism on e Left side, i tink...

Losing wt...dunno where e extra wt comes frm...if u bf, it will take a couple of mths...some more boobs get out of shape...my hb used to do e accupuncture way of losing wt, coupled w a strict diet...but cant do it now yet unless i stop bf totally...i oso don believe in beauty centres slimming...hr i sign up a slimming package which includes massaging...hope it can help me w toning...i oso tell myself to stop weighing for e moment...itz frustrating when u feel lighter but e wt remains e same arrggg!

missycandy...n some momz who wan yl but scared of e after effects...i oso try yl w my boi abt a week +...now he likes e rocking level to go a bit stronger...talk abt boldness...i oso worry on his overeliance but guess e Chi saying chuan dao qiao dou zi ran zhi...boat reaches e end of e bridge..things will work out fine...

i hope he sleeps well so not so cranky...so far his stomach pain in e evening is e only tink tat makes him cranky, other than tat...he's sheer fun...

Last but not least, tlc w hb...YES, e high occurence of affairs etc sure rings an alarm @ e back of our minds...jus as we wan our hbs to b good partners in terms of child rearing...lez continue to make them a priority...going out once a week as a couple shld b a habit...my hb says he wont stray...i believe him but less contact wld mean he wont share his deeper concerns w u...as couples...we spend lotz of time getting into each other's world during dating...im learning to guard e couple time fiercely now...n longing to get back to church for svc...not jus going online to read devotions or read Bible @ home...Indeed w/o His words, we r like parched plants in need of water...

BABIES... structure n routines

I hav a galfrien who told me she thrives on routines, so much so tat while she had her bb gal* going P1 next year, she would seem disorien if bb does not follow e schedule... I guess when both parents n bb settle on a routine comfy for both...it makes both happy...

So far my bb boi follows 70% on EASY...i hope he can improve by e time i go back to work in Aug...wait my mama who takes care of him will b ultra stressed...

Pray hard tat his digestive sys gets well soon...!

Had to train him to not do that. Hb and I just jaga him when he sucking on his fist/thumb and if those 2 fingers go into his mouth we "flick" his knuckles. If he just lick on his fist or suck his thumb then we dun do anything lah. That way he will associate sticking those fingers in with discomfort. Anyway he only really does the thumb sucking for comfort - prefers it to pacifier. Otherwise he just licks his hand/fist, and anything else he can bring to his mouth nowadays xP
