oh ya ur utilities bill is 230 dollars? is ur usage mainly high on elect or water or ? is it estimated month reading or actual month reading? u can consider call SP Hotline to submit ur own meter reading on ur estimated months so SP can juz charge u based on the readings u provide them(note: only for estimated months coz their workers wont be coming to ur premises)
u can consider off all switch points when not in use.. oh ya juz call SP HOtline at 18002222333 and ask the CSO when is ur estimated months and when to call in to submit. can even submit online and via their automated systems. kekes
ok old a/c is not as efficient then new a/c.. so to save ur bills u can consider chg ur a/c.. b4 changing u can monitor ur usage by submitting ur own meter readings every alt months..

stroller : im using Graco , face out but quite light to me and very cheap..

diapers : so far im quite comfortable with mamy poko and fitti.. haven try the pampers active .. now daytime im still using pampers newborn S and night time i using Fitti M..

hoho, after 1st pump in the morning, i'll sterilised, then pack n bring office. Then 1st pump in office, put in ziploc or tupperware then store in freezer.

Queenie, at first cannot tahan, then got mastitis, then i slowly train mmy body to tune loh... Always wake up with soaked breastpads. But my interval not really long la, last pump 11 or 12am, next pump at 5-6am.

Fitti 360 diapers, it's good, really worthwhile to get with this current promotion.

SP bill, mine also over 200 last mth. Mainly on elecricity cos on aircon for 2 rooms at night. then daytime sometimes also on for 1 room. How to not on with this kinda weather?

I initially bought a 900mg of NAN Pro 1 cos i was having problems with breastfeeding. My milk supply has not establised and i do not have spare EBM. In case i fall sick, Brianne will starve.

now that i have 6 litres of Frozen EMB in my freezer, i decided to sell it off. The irony is, Brianne still rejecting bottle feed. We went to seek advice from Parentcraftand was told that its ok if i dont intent to go back to work cos once she start on semi-solid food, can spoon feed or cup feed. i intend to keep feeding breastmilk .. either direct latch or mix into her cereal when the time comes so both hubby and i decided not to force her on this part.

I extract out my 2nd last molar 1month back as dentist say have to do root cannel, I dnt want to go through the pain and pay a big bomb of $$ on that, so now its gone liao.

Brianne is also on the small side, she weighs 5.2kg at the end of her week 10. should be no pro la.. as long as bb are feeding well and pooing

I dun have many teeth liao haha so cant anyhow extract ... cos i already extracted 2 when i wore braces many yrs back

any crowning usually can last v long so just do lor ...

lesson learn - MUST visit my dentist once every 6mth =p

need to clarify, the staff at parent craft said its ok if bb dun bottle feed as long as i don't need to go back to work.

we are the ones who think that we cna spoon feed or cup feed bb when she is on semi solid.

i have a gf.. bb is already 8 mths old and still direct latch on for Bf.. hopefully i can continue like her.

i really salute mummies who are feeding bb on formula.. cos not easy bringing bb out with all the milk powder, hot water etc..

me too but i read the manual for ameda, it stated to sterilise once per day. So i got worried not sure if it is becos their pump can't sterilise too many time?

So how u decide when to use avent pump or ameda pump?

hmm, if i got time, i will use avent single cos it can stimulate better. i will use at least once per day to clear lumps.
then this pump is more for bringing out.

spoon feeding bb w milk not very hygienic...as said by my mom...in e case of bottle feeding, guess itz a matter of habit? Depending on e temperament of e child, each of them will resist in varying degree...if bb is really hungry, guess he or she wont fuss over which is which....Hr if bb resists to e pt of screaming loudly, we hav to seek alternatives....

Initially when my boi fights over feeding w a bottle, we try to rock him/ walk ard n feed him/feed him on a rocker/ sing songs to him....hr e best feed i discover now is when he wakes up frm his electric yao lan...he will b half awake n very quiet...cooperates w u then after a full drink, yawn yawn yawn n wan to zzzz....seems like hez getting easier to look after...in e beginning when he dislikes sleeping in the afternoon, i still worry over getting toys to occupy his time...now my worries seem unfounded...

FEEDING...a bb grows well when he is well fed n sleeps well...my mom says bb may not eat a lot but all e good sleep can oso make bb look chubby...never ex wor...so will gain wt ya?

SIANZ...e H1N1 fluvirus is up another notch...really wish this can b over soon...seems like we r living in very challenging times recently...less than robust ecy...freaky weather...pandemic...e only sparkling joy is our little totz...

But on e + side, e PC show n GSS is shiok this year...i hope to visit one of e makan places w 1 for 1 dining deal...best chance to pat tor w hb...

Seabreeze, I had an appt on the 17th morning. So if I'm joining, can only reach around 2pm.

st, I sterilised using the steriliser once in the morning, then the rest of the day, i sterilised by pouring hot water. (lazy mommy here)
 
st, I am using ameda pump. When I am at home, I sterilize every time after each pump. Anyway my maid washes the valve until it has teared. Need to get it from the service centre liao, haiz.

teddybaby, no no cannot leave my baby alone with the maid, too dangerous. My MIL comes over to stay with us during the weekdays to help take care of baby.

my bb Moiiesha got her 2nd 6in1 jab last evening, together with the 1st Rotavirus oral intake. She din cry during the jab but she stared at the doctor when he poke into her 'muscular' thigh .. so cute
She's 6.5kg &amp; 63cm at 3mth, 2 days old.
 
st, I didnt change anything yet. This is the first time I am changing one of the parts. That time when I went moms in mind to buy something I got the address of the service centre from them but now I am not sure where I chuck it hehe. But thanks to seabreeze, I got my valves liao, ("muacks" to seabreeze)

mummies, guess wat? My gal is now sleeping in our car seat combi stroller at HM!
Aiyo..dunno why these 2 days she sleep very little during day n cranky, drives me to nerves :p Usually she sleep on a bouncer during day but nw cries when we put her on it! Any solution?

THen I hv to play and keep her happy, then at night took very long to put her to sleep so hubby suggested stroller and it works! Hiyo..gt to push the pram around then she zz soundly, faint!

So didnt hv EASY during the past 2 days, during day is EA, only hubby come hm after work then I can hv my Y time, hiaz...

u try to carry bb and walk that is what I do..
Now baby at one stage will want to have attention and play and sleep lesser..
My bb even very sleeply he would want to sleep and want to play ..so play with him lor...
 
St, we use ALL KINDS of method liao, no use! She will get cranky lor, the moment we put her in stroller likes magic she stops crying!
Nt that I dun want to play with her, cos by right 3 mths old baby needs 13 to 16 hrs of sleep at least but she is getting less than that n sleeping will build up their immunity system n it's beneficial..so I want her to hv 2 naps at least during day

Which model u r looking at ? I have a Canon 400D few yrs back. I find it's lighter than Nikon. My hand will get very tire holding the heavy camera for long hours

Prosper, well that will be the last resort if really fails, but I am concern yaolan will makes her bounce no stop then we will suffer and she need to carry n rock to sleep, cant sleep peacefully when it is nt in the up n dwn motion, u know what I mean?

im giving it as a gift so i got the D60. cost me abt $900. i like dat coz its small. i bot D80 for my hb 2yrs back n regret coz its too huge to bring out. since my hb likes Nikon, so the one i gave as prezzie to fren oso bot nikon lor.</font>
