eh? lol.... both same la... some say for 4 mths onwards.. some say 6mths... its up to u.. for me i will use when my bb's neck is more or less stable... =) which shld be soon la... hahha.. im probably gonna get 2 designs... hahahaha!!! but im putting in my order by tonight.. so if wana tag on with me.. do let me knw which design u wan.. check out the post by Yan or Ida... there are 4 designs... Strawberry, teddybear, Grey Wow & black goats... its a standard size... looks really simple to use.. Ida is using it for her toddler... daphne has also bought... hahahaha!!! so what r u waiting for??? only $16!!! And possible to get it by Next friday so if she passes to me, i might be able to pass to u all during the gathering... if not then might wan to liase with her urself ba... she has posted above.. =P

I think you yourself know best what method to use to sleep train bb, because every bb is different - some methods work better than others, sometimes the methods need a bit of modification to fit your own bb, and some bbs younger than 3 or 6 mths do respond excellently to crying it out - mine for eg. Whatever the method, it will require a tremendous amount of patience because you dunno how long it is going to take - any time from a day to a week or maybe more, and u definitely need support from other family members too to see through the training. Remember to start as early as possible because the older bb is the more difficult it is going to be. Good luck!

btw, swim diapers... the minimart downstairs doesnt sell S size.. only M & L which is too big for our lil ones... i do however have 10pcs... my frn sold to me.. becos her bb hardly uses it.. so i will bring it to the gathering... see who wans ? i think maybe we all use 1 pc each? so dont have to buy new pack? what say ya'l ? i knw alfafa wans, starflower, myself and daphne... so 6 more pcs...

same here... just now i told hubby i bought a carrier, he asked me "how many do u have already?"... hehe
so far i only have 2 slings (MIM and Balboa) and 1 carrier (McClaren). today just confirmed getting another carrier (Pikkolo)... thanks to the influence from this thread... hahaha

My review is, it is not good enough when baby's neck is not strong enough; I shall try using it more when baby neck more stable. I bought it because I'm having wrist pain problem since confinement period till now
So, buy a cheap carrier to release hand from weight pressure whenever need to carry baby to "walk" around at home (whileas when outside prefer use stroller).

Haha.....ya....understand lar, the things that we had brought might be useful might not be useful also. Somemore some of it are quite exp. I lied to my mum that the dreambag is actually a gift from hubby's colleague, if not i think my mum can nag me for almost a week esp if she know the price. Actually the dreambag is quite worth it. My mum always bring it along when we go to NTUC shopping and Anver feel quite warm inside also. Youu want me to bring it to the gathering and let you see?

Just went to the sin seh to "tui na" my left wrist...he says new mums not enough sleep, (ya, max i had since delivery 3March was 5 hours...) so blood circulation no good and when he goes to the wrist and we exert to carry our babies, easily get sprained. Not sure true or not, but my bandaged wrist sure makes it hard to bath him...ouch

Oh i have a question, the picture of the carrier is like an X shape. this means baby's butt has nothing to support? the cloth clings to his thighs only?

My EYS doc also said my wrist pain is due to poor blood circulation and get worst when carry baby. Now, taking chinese medicine but still pain leh... I used to bath baby myself but since wrist pain started last mth, have to let my mum help to bath my baby.

mu left wrist also painful. think one of the reason is cos the drip needle is inserted at my wrist. the anaesthetist told me my veins are too fine so no choice..
and to make situation worse. i am carrying Brianne a lot.. so my wrist hurts a lot. I just bought a wrist support. hope it helps

I'm using Maclaren Techno XT to bring my baby out (since birth) and even at home (to push her around for "joy ride" as well as afternoon nap).
FYI, if you like to have <font color="0000ff">Guardrail</font> for your Maclaren stroller, you can purchase the Removable Guardrail from Mothercare. I've bought one at $39.90 as it doesn't come with stroller purchase. And my mum kept asking me why I didn't get a stroller with a guard rail infront so that baby can "rest" legs on the rail as well as can hold on to the rail when in the stroller.

Hey Idlecat & Lenny, think i recall another mummy suffering from sprained wrist so that makes 4 of us :s the wrist support is a good idea, think i'll head out to guardian tmr to get one...totally bandaged up now and washing bottles, etc keep wetting the bandage...think not so good... the sin seh say at least 1 week...oh dear....so painful...

my left wrist has been hurting since my last trimester. started when i used my hands to support my heavy weight while shifting/gettin in/out of bed. After delivery it got even worse due to the drip needle and subsequently all that carrying of bb from all kinds of positions and heights. Been thinking of going to my cousin who is a chinese chiropracter.

alamak I just paid for 8 sets already with 10% discount and a free huggalugs arm and leg warmer (she's selling $24 each) for every carrier. The latter is their mother's day promotion but is typically not available with discounted items. But then ... we bought 8 sets at one go leh. And it's a windfall for her because there was zero salesmanship needed. Poor hy, the original bp organiser. Feel so bad for her. All her time and effort spent answering my queries.
I collected 4 sets, the 4 sets the rest of them are self-collecting. Wow paradise is also nice man. Good choice
