Talking about taking leave, I have applied for early & end Dec to clear all my leave and its applied yuppy... coz can't bring forward to next year.

yeah, i also think we should rest whenever got chance. but whenever i feel like asking for leave, i dare not cos during my 1st trimester, boss commented abt my unwillingness to do a lot of work, not like before. so now working very hard as he will be doing my appraisal soon. in fact i have to clear abt 20 days of leave by this year, and bring forward the remaining 21 days to next year. hope i have the courage to ask for leave later.

yeah, that's because i haven't been going for leave for a long, long time. in fact i have more than 60 days this year. only managed to clear abt 20 days so far... sigh!

Actually, I don't really know how to identify from the scan. It was from the detailed scan report that stated "Fetus Gender: FEMALE" that we know our bb is a girl. Hehe..

Better check with your gynae. I too have high blood pressure, and when I went to GP he says I got no enough rest thats why my blood pressure rise.

What jasmine say is true. My last pregnancy was due to few days of high blood pressure, blood came out and i had to go for immediate c-sect. If not bb and me might be in danger.

When i in 3rd trimester, i gt continuous headache and not enough sleep. I went to GP and doc said i gt high blood pressure. The next day i went to my gynae still high blood pressure and if my the other week blood pressure never came down need to c-sect. On the same day afternoon, i found my panty gt blood, so went back to my gynae to check and he said was due to my high blood pressure and blood ooz out and not because of the delivery. He asked me to go hospital immediately.

sun96, during the scan, the lady did point out diff parts of my girl, like head, lips, heart but not the genital part leh... She only told us when we asked when the scan was done.. I did the detailed scan at KKH.

sun96, same here. Shaking didn't work for my gal. I was then told to go out and took a 20 munites walk hoping that my bb will change her position but it didn't work either. We need the report so in the end a 20 munites scan took about an hour to finish.. Sigh... We have a stuborn gal.

my bb also not cooperative during my OSCAR scan, didn't lie down nicely, so took the whole morn before can get the scan of the neck fold done.
my hb like urs, also commented that our bb stubborn like mummy..haha
