need to keep running to toilet but urine so little... haiz... hb always tell bb not to "bully mummy", but wat does bb know... still not sure what she's usually doing inside, always turning ard but whether sitting or standing (is it possible?) is anyone's guess...

jesline / meecat, me also on heavy side... started at 76.4kg, now at 27 weeks is around 80kg + -... fluctuates everyday... i think mtb on heavy side should aim to gain 10 kg avg wor...

sus/gelato/ju: maybe some is water retention lor. ya my constipation quite bad, can go and shit hard one until the anus will bleed lor. i up my intake of vege/fruits but still the same. me so far put on 5kg... my original weight is aldy 60kg lah..

lindah: haha ya. me too.. heng my gf yesterday sms me.. say she gg to pass somemore cloth to me.. cos she also just give birth a daughter during July time.. so now all nb cloth just pass to me..heheh I alway think of faster reach my labour time leh..so can see bb..and reduce my body weight..heheh

ju: ya lor.. sometime really dun know y bb like to sit on the it leh.. then make us rush to toilet urine..haiz..most of the time.. bb will be in sleeping position ba.

Samval : ur constipation sounds bad leh... do u drink alot of plain water... it helps oso. Or r u on calcium & iron supplements? all these may cause constipation... so if u r tkg these, shld try to drink even more... =)

Unlike my previous pregnancies, i m not tkg calcium & iron tis time round, & i find that the constipation prob is not as bad as previously.

ju/sus: bo bian leh. i cannot dont strain cos i feel the thing is already there and like cannot come out like that. gynae gave me fibre but must drink lots of water. then how to keep drinking water when i aldy soooo bloated??

Samval : dun drink too much at a go... if u gulp down a glass, tendency is ur body won't absorb alot, most will juz come out as urine... take small frequent sips, & hope it won't make u feel so bloated too. =)

coz' iron blocks absorption of calcium if taken together.

i took iron in mornings and calcium at nite.
