U oso pump milk (i.e. no latch?)? I oso feel tired so slept till late nver send my hb to work... Ur boi still dare to drink BM? My nephew n niece "face" change colour when my MIL fed them a spoon of it. my MIL say taste like cod liver oil. *haha*

During my anetenatal class, the best milk goes in the following order
1. BM (Latch)
2. EBM (refrigerator)
3. EBM (Frozen)
4. Infant formula (cow)
5. Soy milk (high intake not recommended due to estrogen content esp for boys. In girls will may cause pre-mature signs of puberty)
6. Goat milk

I was telling my hb we save on milk powder but spend the money on milkbags (so dur). Sometimes I feel like giving up on pumping or just letting my ss drop since my ger dun drink so much... What u think?

Of coz BM is the top choice, just tat I understand tat goat milk is good for those lactose intolerance or prone to allergies ppl. I read from reports tat boys shouldn't take too much Soy coz it will cause more female hormones to generate. Soy is definitely beneficial to female as can regulate our hormones and good for our skin oso.

I pump my milk most of the time, latch my gal occasionally. Luckily my boy dare to drink, I will mix to his milk powder, now trying to clear my FBM , let him drink lor. My BM stabilise liao, pump abt 4 times a day, 8 hrs interval.

But too much soy for gers can make them grow pubic hair n breast v early (so can be pretty embarassing lor).

Btw, do u find that the milk is more watery when u pump at longer intervals? cos I find that my 4hrly/3hrly pump produce more creamy milk while 6hrly is more watery leh (i.e. it takes longer for my creamy portion to appear).

Not only Soy will cause early developing, what we are eating everyday actually are injected with hormones and "hormone" gas(to preserve fruits), chicken, pork, fruits etc... all these cause early puberty. Wat to do, unless we can go organic, tats y now u can c alot of young girls and boys developing very fast which is actually a very bad sign. Thus I want my children to have BM rather that FM.
 
oh something to ask abt soya.

I wonder if I drink soya will the breastmilk got the estrogen.. I scared I feed to much to my boy wait he become gu niang.
 
yaya I was thinking if the black chicken got hormones...I think sakura chicken although no antibiotics..but I see the chicken so big..think sure have hormones injection.

Nowadays food everywhere are GMO, tomatos, strawberries, cooking oil etc etc..hard to avoid

Yes..buy those milkbags also cost. but cheaper than FM la. 1 box is $20 ma... now ur BB only 4 months u use up 8 boxes = $160... FM can cost easily more than $160 in a month..

longer interval pumping can produce more milk but the overall fat content still remains the same as shorter interval. So for ladies who are pumping large amounts everyday, the volume is there but the actual fat content is similar to shorter interval pumping. This effect can be seen in your morning pump (more watery)

don't worry ambrose's weight will not keep increasing at this weight, he should start to slow down from around 6m onwards.

Olivia is now 8kg 68cm which is also huge! And her cousin at 1yr + is 10kg! but this kind of weight gain is only temporary, will revert to normal.

Sleepy wrap is another carrier you can use, its the most comfortable carrier I have tried, but the down side is that there is alot of fabric so it is quite hot if you have to walk around alot. Can get from www.bbshop.com.sg official webbie http://www.sleepywrap.com/

I need to buy a new cot but my mattress size is 120x70 which is a bit of odd size. Want to try to buy back the same brand so I don't have to give away my Baby Safe mattress

My bb weight 8.1kg at 4mth. PD say it's ok for bb to gain weight fast initially, coz after that will slow down a lot to about 200g per month. Bb will auto drink less milk. So my PD also never ask me to control his diet, just feed him as usual, if he dun wan already then no need to force him drink

Hi all..

Just want to vent it out.. this week im super super super busy!!! doing this topid project so damn stress!! this week today the 4th day that i have OT till 2-3am! and today confirm gonna stay damn late than other days. cus tmw is my morning deadline! sighz. so damn stress and pressure sia.. yday i cannot take it. so i decided to go home and let my tears our so at least i will feel better.. but once i saw my gal. really all the stress and pressure is all gone! But its sad that every night i reach home she's sleeping.. only in the morning before work i can see her.. but i got so little of time to play with her.. feel so sad man! hope that next week my job load will be lighter than this week. if not i will go mad!...

Anyway.. those who havent send order yet.. please do. this sat im going to close the spree for http://babbiee.blogspot.com liao! at the meantime im planning to get some rompers from my supplier too for the 2nd batch. so stay TUNE! =)

I know how u feel. Everyday I knock off on the dot I still feel I can't play enough with Randall. Even more so with you..but guess after your deadline over then not so bad? Does your company give you off day to compensate the OT since it is 2-3am? If not prob can ask? Unless you are being paid for the OT hrs..I think u shld get some off day
 
when i jus started work after maternity leave, i got to work till 7+ everyday and i already very pek chek. cos by the time i reach home zayden already sleep, the next morning when i go to work, he is still sleeping. very sian... now i try to go back on the dot so i have some time to play with zayden.
