I've the fist Food book and i find it really useful and informative. It gives you a run down on all the nutritional facts + very easy to prepare meals for our baby.
On the back, they have a simple meal planner to guide us along on how we should start to intro solids for our baby etc... I find it extremly useful for a 1st time mum like me
Also, the menu provided tells you how many portions etc so it is helpful when you need more for freezing. The plus factor is that it contains both local and western menu + creativity to plan the meals for our babes.
I've read the book by Gina Ford and IMO that is more towards a western meal planning and diet, very different for Asian babies and some of the ingredients are hard to find too. But I still refer to that for some other ideas etc.

1. I will be ordering from Hocks.com.
2. It is free ground shipping (domestic). Hence we will onie pay for the shipment from US to SG via vPost which currently is having a 10% discount.
3. Each tube of cream is $4.52
Any objection from those who ordered?
If not, I will be placing order by 12.15pm today. I will collect $$ only when I know how much is the vPost charges to save everyone the trouble of having to transfer $$ to me multiple times.

i havent had time to login since last fri afternoon...haiz..looks like i'll go for the next BP on rice Cereals...BTW my boy is in IFC @ tanjong pagar..just check w the IFC tis morning, they say so far so good, no adverse news yet...so keeping my fingers cross..hopefully no more HFMD cases...
