i'm very upset. Have ordered from Koreacraze the Big Blocks last week and due to peak period, have informed person that i shall transfer the money soonest possible (within the week), which i did yesterday.

Guess what! Instead of checking and giving me at least 24 hrs to respond to email yesterday, just release what i have ordered to another person.

Also, continuing saying that if i don't confirm order now the price shall be increased soon.

Is this the way to do business?

I shall understand if koreacraze has given me a day to respond and if i fail to reply, supplier would then release the goods to another mommy who koreacraze mentioned is in urgent need.

Is this responsible of person?

2 hours session.

Play Session - in gym room ( 1st hour)
There is an instructor which will guide all babies to play at the gym area. This is rather similar to a gym trial session, where instructor will conduct classes, with music, run around the class in circles , fly Baby up and down.. At this time, only 1 parent is allow with the Baby. We will try to see if we can ask mygym to allow Daddies to stand at one corner to take photos.

Cake Cutting session ( 2nd Hour)
All daddies and mummies can join , of course...

Dear Fabbie,

I had ordered from koreacraze via email - not through BP. I wrote her personally to find out when was the next BP. she told me she has some left last Wed and i confirm my purchase but mentioned that shall transfer money later in few days. no mention of the 3-day deadline then.

the last we wrote was on Thursday and i assure person that i will transfer in next 2 days. however, received an email on Sat 5pm+ that goods being released. there was no warning and neither did the initial emails stating that she will cancel my order if she doesn't receive money at a certain date. Person also did not send final reminder that order shall be cancelled if money not received by certain date.

I transferred the money at 7pm+ on Sat. Did not have any access to emails/net till late last evening. M fine if i'm given the info early or at least 24-hr to respond and not cancel like this without any reason but any mum has urgent need.

Not in BP much so did not realise the 3-day rule (it's unspoken right?). guess i should have been wiser.
