Zach took the 2nd jab for 6-in-1 todae..meant to bring him to see the rashes on his face and for his rotarix as well. Got a free tin of Similac follow-on..hehehe
He's 5.4kg (average) and 61cm in length (75th percentile) which is not bad..PD commented that he's faster than other babies of his age, so talkative to the PD and keep smiling at her..haha, cheeky boy!

How is everyone doing?
Wonder if any breast feeding mummies encounter this problem: whenever baby is finishing her feed soon (latch on) she will start to wail and shove her head from side to side, throw her arms and legs about and start to get really fustrated, after which she will fall asleep after i pat her.
Does any mummy know what is my baby prob?

for 1st jab, it was supposed to be done when my boy 2 mths old but i brought him to PD 1 wk plus earlier coz need to consult PD for other thing too, on the other hand i can save the consultation fee too... hehe!
baby friedly shopping mall? think all the major shopping malls bah... i've brought my boy out many many times already coz i also bored at home... like yesterday i brought him out alone from morning until late afternoon, we went to AMK hub then compass pt then tampines mall then to my fren's house... haha! coz nowadays weather so hot so i rather to bring my son to shopping mall to enjoy the air-con, and he sleeps well when going out... 一举两得

I had the same prob as you with the bleeding. It was quite a lot so very scary. Take lotsa water, veg, eat banana and other fibrous fruit. Make sure u go toilet everyday.

Not so good for vivo, their nursing rooms are very small, only 1 at a time so if its occupied have to go to another floor. There was also a small cockroach on their changing mat... and the lid of the bin is heavy has to be lifted... yucks

try to make ur bb get use to stroller lor... initially my boy also will eh eh eh when i put him on stroller, but i dun wan to carry him using carrier coz i scared if he too used to be carrier then he will reject stroller later, wat if bb getting heavier later then will hav backache problem ler... nowaday he ok liao, & he can sleep throughout in the stroller whenver we go shopping... hehe

my boy 6kg+ already, almost the same weight as my stroller... i rather to let THE stroller does the job... hehe!
ya go out & take a walk laa... not bad to go out during weekdays... less crowded too!

i'm BF-ing so less thing to bring lor... if bag too heavy i can juz hang it on the stroller... so why use baby carrier? got to carry bb & bag in the same time ler... hehe! unless there is someone helping u to carry the bag laa, like wat i did last time when i used carrier, i always ask hubby to carry my diaper bag...
oh i stay in sengkang, u ler...

Ya u have piles .. see a doc .. to ask him for medicine .. it's the kind of pill u have to insert up your, errr .. Pharmacy has it .. "Anusol" .. but dunno if ok to take while breastfeeding. That's why must ask doc. My hubby gets piles off and on that how I know .. lol.

I like vivo ..really wish they have a nicer baby room leh .. Taka's is very nice and comfy ...

i juz got back from Plaza SG..not too bad but onie one nursing room at 3rd floor.. so i changed Zach's diaper beside the lift instead..hahaha.

I'd rather push my girl (that time only 1 child .. lol) all the way to the MRT station from my condo rather than take a cab where u have to close the stroller and put it in the boot cos most of the time, the blardy taxi driver won't freaking help lor. Why should I help him earn money if he's not going to help me with my stroller?? I'd rather take a train.

When I had to take a cab once or twice when I was carless and maidless (I had only 2 kids then) ... the MacLaren folds quite easily with one hand .. sort of .. then I carry my girl with one hand, open the boot with the other and then bend down and lift the stroller into the boot. My elder girl was around 5 at the time so I would get her to hold my handbag etc.
wa damn angry with the taxi driver.
when we got to my place, same thing .. he refused to get out to help me. My mom told me next time to scream at the taxi driver .. but how can?? I'm with 2 kids .. I also dare not in case he goes beserk.

Baby refusing the bottle
I am currently tbf my girl, however, in preparation for infantcare, have also been giving her EBM once a day. She has been taking the bottle quite happily, until last week, when she just refuses to drink from it. She'd scream and wail as if I am offering her poison in the bottle. At first, I thought it was due to the frozen milk, that perhaps she may not like the smell etc. Then when I offered her refrigerated EBM, it yield the same response from her as well.
Has any mummy experienced this before? What did you do to get your baby to drink from the bottle again?

just making generalizations .. I've encountered quite a number of unhelpful ones ... must be my bad luck .. sigh.
I know they are earning a living and I don't begrudge them that .. but they can try to be better human beings and help a mother with her stroller right? Do you need a degree or an MBA to have that kind of common sense and some decency??

simply hate cab drivers when im out wif bb. don lift a finger to help at all.
now i hav d car wif mi most of d time so i juz place bb in car seat while i kip d stroller. hehe.

my boi used to drink happily from avent bottles. afta he got admitted to hosp for uti, he refused to drink from it. tried for a wk so end up no choice, i buy nuk prenium bottle n he drank. mayb coz nuk teat like his tutu so he prefers it more. so more money spent on buying him a new set of bottles. haiz. babies!!

also, anyone's bb still suffering from rash? my bb's face rash was really bad that time, cleared up and now it's showing again...

laval, my baby is like urs as well.. is because he is used to latching liao. What i did was let him cry..haha. When he is truly hungry he has no choice but to drink. One day he will fuss twice, first bottled feed and first FM feed ...haha

chantalle, i guess i seldom meet nice taxi drivers..when i was preggy n was in a taxi, he suddenly jam braked and i nearly fell down..haha and soemtimes they are super tired yet still wanna drive, then keep nodding off..
heh, managed to do a bit of shopping todae at vivo. aiyo, used to splurge on myself, now find myself so niao.. rather spend e $ buying thgs for my boy rather than for myself.. becoming so auntie! =@
& oh, my boy enjoyed e swimming at hwa xia so much I took e 5sessions package too! but he's so tired now, keep wanting to be carried even while zzz..
dbaby, e hospital nurses told me it's normal for the jab to be red with pus. dun apply any cream. just keep dry. it will 'burst' n go off by itself de... I didnt monitor my boy's butt much, only just realised last week when massaging him that the jab is now a flat red mark
