V's not such a good traveller. the port dickson and GC trips were quite a nightmare for us all, hahaha.
no lah i dun think anyone's ungrateful. if so then im guilty too, cos im always speaking to my dad in a harsh tone too, last time my sis kena too. but in recent years i hv always reminded myself to change, to treasure them and they are nice to me, perhaps getting old liao so trying to curb my bad temper too
next time try the mega mall area, nicer shopping than nagoya i think. and mega mall is nearer to the ferry terminal.

Can I ask mummies who are familiar with HK, anyone has advice/comments regarding day trip to Macau? Is it worth going if I'm not keen on any casinos at all? Which is a better ferry terminal to take ferry from? Any die-die must try makan places in HK? What's their Dec weather like? Thanks.

I'm very fang xin to leave them to hb, but my A is very worried. She scared of papa who has no tolerance for kids' nonsense. 1 day ok, but 4 days with papa is almost unthinkable. My girls are close to me, but not sticky. When I'm out of their sight, I'm out of their mind, especially N.

fifi: i heard good review on caribbean compared to star cruises
they said:
- food nicer, mostly western
- free ice cream and pizza all day (star cruise must pay)
- kids activities, rock climbing etc
- more systematic compared to star cruises very LUAN..people all kiasu wanna Q in front, caribbean dun have such thing happening.

ah soho: my mother got angry cos i didn't "invite" her to cut cake at my MIL's house. in the end, whole family stay at home to cut cake just to appease her. i really donno what to say lor.
ah fifi: if u go royal caribben, u review here for us hor. i brot kai on star cruise when he was 4 or 5. ship is v nice but warraoz, really really really a lot of ah neh.
ah glad_gal & all: thanks for birthday wishes. think bbzel is celebrating this weekend too. hope she doesn't suddenly go into labour. then next week is chilli padi's emma. gosh, doesn't it make u all think of the days when we were giving birth all around this time?

ah nut: wah sei, lucky nini. i also going china next month but only bringing kai. i told my husband this is the last trip we go without the other 3. so unfair to them.

My kiddo has started preschool and has been getting sick every week for the past month since school has started.

so envy u! recently my friend jio-ed me go for ladies trip too, but i turned down cos i know my hub will not be able to manage V. and i feel bad having to impose on MIL for weekend too as she's already looking after V for weekdays.
oh ya, our kiddos birthday this month and next. jus wanna alert u ladies if you are thinking of catering buffet, please DO NOT cater from KCK!!! sucks to the max! my office catered lunch from them last week and many of us kena food poisoning after eating their food!

Mine is in half-day CC and she also fall sick v often. But i noticed (touchwoodx10000) her fever duration shortened and not as high as before.

we noticed it recently only. wondering if it's just a bad habit or really on the verge of becoming short sighted, cos she watches TV too much, and alot of times, watching in lying down position. haiz.

Only specialist is allowed to 配眼镜 to children under 7. So don't need waste your time going to neighborhood spec shop. Thats what my PD told me. K has been to this specialist clinic b4, they have nice staff and price reasonable

jes: I ordered from them before also the high tea was horrendous.
Lilian: about 3 weeks oredi..everyday sick..get well bring school sick again so now take one week totally off from school. as advised by doc..to fully recover..
Mine earleir fever was like 38.5, 39 degrees...now better..37.3-37.5 type..v. frustrating.

soho, yes let them fully recover before returning to school. The first bout of fever that hit my gal after attending school reached 40.1deg. Tat one was a nightmare.
Don't worry, they will get stronger as they grow. Just make sure your 2 younger kids do not get infected by t virus

i just heard a piece of good news from one mummy on monday, she already planning holiday next year end for her kids, including the unborn one.
ah aly_nat: wah, 1 month away! won't u miss ur darlings? i'm going china again. same as ah nut - shanghai. but still only bringing kai. v annoyed with my husband - always likes to go overseas & enjoy without bringing his kids.

For me, I asked the teacher, and she said just order a cake for G's class, which is abt 15 kids and 3 teachers. She said other classes no need...Anyway I ordered a Barney agar agar cake fr Mr James. Enough to cut more than 20 pc.
Now, I am thinking need other party food or not..*headache* His celebration is this Thurs!! Cake ordered, goodie bags items checked but not packed yet.
