yeap.. e one we last time went to was Chinese Feast at Suntec.. quite good and a lot of variety.. always eat until stomach feels like exploding.. hahahaa
I personally hav tried both Chinese Feast and Coca and prefer the Chinese Feast.. Price also slightly cheaper at $30++.. coca costs $33++
There's another steamboat buffet place called Bei Shan Chuan at vivocity i haven tried yet. I tink its more self service tt is u hav to go to buffet line to get the food urself whereas above 2 e food will be served to u.. Variety wise mayb not as good as Chinese Feast but definitely much cheaper.. i can check out the price.. Only ting mayb e rest wil find it a bit far not as centralized as Suntec and Orchard

Chop chop!! took a half day leave with my colleague and we went to Gspa.. kakaka.. total damage $115 for 4.5hrs of nuaing, massage, eating, drinking and more nuaings.... tsk tsk tsk.. i mus say e massage is good.. food is not bad, ambience is good.. Only ting other than e massage and jacuzzi room which are only for ladies, the recreation area is filled with mostly men.. so some gals may find it uneasy.. cos we're all in robes.. hahahaa
peanut: i think i tried the steamboat at vivo.. is at the end, corner one right? got in the newspaper b4. is very nice.. each person got individual mini steamboat to eat.. can order different soup and share.. i specially like their chicken soup.. is those thick type.. very nice.. they have the mala type, laska, bak gu teh and even porridge type etc.. so far i tried the laska, i find initally very nice, then cook long very salty. the bak gu teh is the black colour type.. i find it not bad. the food is not self service, they serve to you. only the chili sauce you need to self service, cause need to mix your own sauce.. cheaper than coca and chinese feast.. that time i eat lunch la.. is about 20++.. not bad.. the waitresses that time very nice, keep changing my plates.

Morning mummies!
Been so tired recently.
My boy has been recently waking up and screaming for 1-2 hrs at night. And he is inconsolable then
And he will do 'funny' things like squeezing water or shredding tissue repeatedly. If we take away from him, he will scream even harder.
So bad that me and hubby nearly broke down ourselves as he was screaming at our ears nonstop. Carry him also no use. So we brought him to PD for advice. He gave us cough syrup and said it might be teething or night terrors. He gave us cough syrup and advised us to feed to baby at nite for a while to 'break' out of the cycle and for him to sleep better. Weekend, bb was better but yesterday we stopped giving the cough syrup, and he woke up screaming again. And he keep wanting to eat bread. But he can't be hungry coz he drank milk and ate cereal before that. Tried teething gel and cold stuff he also don't want. Hiaz..
Any mummies experienced this before? Would really appreciate any advice. Getting very depressed over this as we really dunno what's wrong with him!

Is your boy having a cough? Else why the doc give cough syrup? Just to make your boy drowsy and sleep throughout?
Could he be playing too much in the day that causes his bad sleep at night?
If teething, apply teething gel before he sleeps or whenever he wakes up in the middle of the night. If he wants to have bread, give it to him ... it may help to sooth his teething problem?

Jo, he was having cough b4 all these happen. PD wanted him to have more rest n break out of cycle. We r reasly puzzled as he used to be able to sleep in his cot n his own room but now keep wanting to sleep with us. He has regressed
n there r no major chAnges recently

While we were relaxing at the cafe eating and drinking, she jus introduced herself and sat down with us.. explained abt their prepaid system which comes with ~20% discount.. (ie we can pay for $500 but get $600 worth of services). Not really hardsell i would say.. She stil quite nice after we said we dun wan.. gave us namecard and say could look for her if we need any help nex time

Unless dinner works totally different? I can find out =)

And you can get to enjoy e facilities and drink/eat as much as u can for that price.. We initially requested for that but e massuer psycho us take e 1hr for $108 ($115 with gst).. Shdn't hav listen and spent e extra $20..

I also tried Beishangchuan few times, but only their lunch steamboat, that time they got promotion so i find their standard ok only..
