dun think too much ok? sometimes its all in the mind.=> important to keep a positive mind and stay upbeat.

i finally told my boss tis morning. coz next week we actually have some physically demanding chores and he expects everyone to help out so i just told him over breakfast. made him promise not to leak to any of my colleagues, hahahah..will prob tell our family in about few weeks time.

i started using e clarins oil for about 2 weeks..smells good, but on days when my nausea is bad, the smell can be a lil too much for me. its oily but feels quite moisturizing so i just leave it on aft applying. i guess e most impt one is also not to put on too much weight rapidly.

Lunch: had a nice big lunch at crystal jade, with dim sum and congee. so full! but oh so good!hahahah...

i think i know what you mean about getting lazy. sometimes i am also too lazy to dress up. good thing my work doesnt require formal office wear. but i try to look presentable esp when gg out w hubby. =P everyday aft work i just go home and plonk on e couch and watch tv. really dread doing e laundry nowadays but no choice laundry keeps piling up!! am thinking of getting some part-time cleaning lady to help soon. just not in the mood to do any chores.

Hi Ladies,
I am back, after a few day rest at home. Coming back to work is a dread!! Yesterday vomited 8x! But thank God today only vomit once in the morning! Praying hard that my MS will go off soon, I am actually into my 12w le....but some say got to wait for 16w before it truly over..What a dreadful tot!!

Bear-my MS seems to be intermittent but definitely will vomit.. last night also puke my dinner, this morning wake up ate a heavy breakfast coz stomach feel empty. my MS seems to be sinking in again now..

Hi Enne, I have very bad ms since over the weekend, and monday when I wake up, I was feeling unwell, like going to have cold like that. So went to see gynea and took mc. Mon and tues not so bad, but come wed, I have severe vomiting, threw up a total of 8x!! My family all got a shock.

Re : Backache
I am starting to feel the backache le, is it normal?? My tummy wasnt even showing yet. Very concerned as I used to have back injury and need to go for tui na every 2-3mths, now that I cant do that, I dont know how le.

JJmom2008-for my first preg, I bought bigger size wired bra and wear coz without support I really feel its 'sagging' and really 'no support' but it doesn't affect the milk supply.. still ok ler..

Some said it's to avoid having block ducts which can be super painful. Heard can be more painful than delivery...OMG

Mayb i go take a look at those maternity bras & c how. If too ugly then mayb forget it then juz get wired in bigger cup bah

a few of my bras are getting a lil too uncomfortable for me now. but most of it stil ok. but def cannot sleep on my front anymore, makes my boobs really hurt!

my nausea is not so bad today, just felt a lil tired aft work. hallelujah.

for my 1st pregnancy, I wore the wired bras during pregnancy and maternity bras after delivery. Reason being when your breast starts enlarging, you will need proper support. don't want saggy breast after breastfeeding...

Also some women's breast generally don't get so enlarged and they can still fit their normal bras but maybe only need to buy the bras extensions so that it's more comfortable around the areas under the armpits.

Marks and spencer and mother care has some bras that are not too bad. Can go take a look.

Mayb gynae play a part in giving us a +ve thinking too. My gynae will tell me during scanning tat bb is happy & growing well...blah blah blah...so make sure u r comfortable with your gynae, think it's impt too.
