Maybe 'pull' is a better word I shld use than 'stretch'. PD told us to 'pull' till can see the tip clearly during bath. MIL say need operation 'circumcision' if it dun opens or it cause urinal infection. Ask her when it will open she also cant answer. Now I know .. dun have to worry Lucas needs a circumcision. She scares mi off! *bish*

Last time my mum babysits one boy ... one side no ball ... went for surgery (cant remember issit remove the other side) ... doc says wont affect him when he grows up ... still can have baby de.

i got this aqua mat same as urs juz different design. bought it in 2007 for my #1 who had fever at 5 mths old. It doesn't work when they start to crawl as they will not be willing to stay still to sit or lie down on the mat. This my own humble opinion thou...
 
Jo...now that you mentioned abt foreskin, I totally did not pay any attention to that!!..Tonight will go back to see when I change his diaper or bath him!!! Why my pd never tell abt such things huh?? **Bish!**

u chk out the url that Mildy just posted..u will see the rainbow light in 1 of the item..when Mav was at his 22nd mth, aft a gastric flu/cough/fever session, he has hydrocele (means fluid in the testicles), hence frm then onwards, we hv to monitor the swelling, he's gg for a final review this Aug to see if he has to undergo the op for "hernia"..in case i hv confused u, pls chk the url..

welcome to the thread..i think we are still gg ahead to bring Brod to Bedok Polyclinic for the 9mth accessment at end of mth..i guess abit hard to avoid also..just hv to be careful..care to share more abt ur DD, when's her DOB & order of birth?
 
wtan-Actually back in march, we went to KKH to check my boy, coz tat time I worried his 'balls never drop'. After chkup, doc say got 'drop' which i feel more assured.. then doc say he feels seems got a bit of fluid which he also say hopefully won't lead to 'hernia', but then the recent checkup shows everything seems ok, no signs of hernia but he suggest us to try pulling the foreskin and wash the tip. Thats why we started washing but then my boy will feel the pain. We got a last followup checkup around november, just to make sure everything is ok.
 
Oh Yeah mommies who ordered the turtles, I can help collect if u wan, but dunno be more ma fan for u to get from me instead. Me at SK, if any of the turtle owner feels more fang bian, I can help.

PD told us DURING BATH when in bathtub, jus pull the foreskin so that the tip can be clean in e water. Think do it inside water, still alright bah (nt so pain) .. of cos u dun "PULL" hard .. jus pull back the skin to expose the tip in water.

when i jus delivered my boy.. my sil came over to help bathe Trysten.. cos he too small fragile.. my mil & maid both afraid to bathe him... i saw her pull the penis foreskin to wash leh.. but if me, i nv do leh.. tink from now i need to do it... she actually ask me if wan circumise my son anot... but i cant bear to see him in pain... Becos she is halal she did it for both her sons... recently did for her 2mth old son nia..

I read somewhr its actually not advisable to do it unless is the foreskin too much or religious purposes, just have to have hygiene habits can liao. I wanted to do it for my boy one, and actually from birth need to do liao or else when they are older, they will actually remember it and its quite painful and scary for them, so end up I don bear to put my son thru the ordeal so didnt do..

My PD actually show me hw to pull the foreskin and clean it.But she mention no need to clean very often.
Maybe once every 2weeks. But if bb prone to UTI, then must clean it more freq.

But the taking care of bb who is feeling unwell is berry shiong cos bb cannot convey how they are feeling... then we as mommies are worried sick. Actually hor... most of the time, I also juz feed her out from the jar at home or I will prepare those packet bb cereal. Cos I'm too zonked out taking care of 2 older boisterious gals + housework. Where got time to cook food for bb somemore. *faintz*

yup! gonna check it out now. hahah..me went to e hello kitty shop at chinatown point tis morning. so tempted to buy e hello kitty fabric to make into a stroller cover (to cover sun for when baby sleeping, etc) and pillow cases. but its quite ex, about $25/meter. a lil ex right?

galdolphin,
i bot it previously when there was a BP on and i think i paid about $12? its very handy for me coz i give homemade purees all e time. so when i prepare it, i will use up e whole veg/fruit and just freeze. its better nutritional wise then cutting up part of a fruit or veg and keeping it in e fridge.

A Pap Smear costs around 30+ at gynae clinics but if you are keen to do it at polyclinics, the charge is around $15 if you are a Singaporean.

Wow! A really big turnout! Hmmm...need to think how to take a group pics on that day...haha, still rem trying to take 25 babies at Botanic Garden, when 1 baby cry, the rest follows...hehe.

Wah seh!! Looks like going to be a huge turnout at the Birthday Bash. If all 40 mommies confirm going, plus their hub only, we are already looking at 80 people. Then if including the siblings, we could be looking at about 100 pax. That means we are looking at total of <font color="ff0000">10</font> round tables seating 10-person per table.

Actually, total of 10-round tables is really not alot. But yet, the size of 100 pax also means tat several locations like condo function rooms, etc may not be suitable.

Hhhmmm... dun tink many of the venues posted above can take in sssooo many people except restaurants and hotel / country club function rooms.

If we are looking at booking those Hotel function rooms, I can help cos my forte is the Hospitality Industry. heheheh...

We can try those resort Hotels on Sentosa for a "Getaway" feel? hhhmmmm... maybe even some of us can arrange for a quick famnily weekend holiday. hahahahahah....
