Super pissed. DHL replied. Saying that the declared value excludes insurance. And typically, they will add S$3 for every kg of shipment and 1% as insurance. This shipment was 10kg, plus another 1% total declared value was S$432.14 x 7% = $30.25 + $10 handling charge, so $40.25!!!!! My heart damn pain lor. Lucky thing, USD is kinda low.
