I remember my gynae helped stretch my stubborn cervix at my week 40, apparently is to help soften it, dislodge the mucus plug and dilate. It's darn painful but I think it helps... coz I popped 4 days later. I didn't want a big baby so didn't wanna wait til week 42, was planning to induce by week 41 if I don't pop by then

The first thing I wanna eat after confinement is Changi Village nasi lemak with extra chicken wing. And I wanna drink plain water...

today i had my first VE check!! gosh, it was really painful! i was thinking when ur gynae actually disturb ur cervix.. it must have been worse! :S

nonetheless, he told me to do nipple stimulation everyday as well.. so, will be doing that until D-day!! i cant wait to see my baby too ahhh... hahahhahahaha... ;)
 
just went out for hair cut before my CL leave tml. Wow the feeling is diff when i am outside, keep thinking of hurry hurry finish , can go home see my princess

yup the renovation done, 2 days after I delivered!!! Arrrggghhh didn't manage to eat it just before I delivered. So now craving for it manz... 2 more weeks to go until end of confinement...

Hi hi any mummies feel like lochia flow ended and now menses started? Gynae said that was possible. Cos I don't have any more dark red or brown discharge, only some light red these few days...

I gonna go crazy liao.. I also worry if i go induce in my condition now will end up in emergency csect leh. Glad u clarify with your gynae abt the pee and poo thingy... more "fang xin" now... Thx! I'm so glad my bb is small size if not i'll be even more stress! Let's cont this waiting game tog... hope we can really pop soon dun have to induce bb out...

i didnt specifically ask what causes bb to be in distress.. but so long as my amnio fluid is still high, placenta is not aged, there's no reason why bb will be in distress.. oh plus, bb is still actively kicking.. it means that bb is healthy too!!

Now I'm wondering how to bring baby out alone... hahaha... the usual confident me is now losing confidence. Scully he poo poo and will scream the entire shopping mall down! wahahahahaha... but I'll definitely need to bring him out on my shopping trips after manyue mah... so must learn! Maybe practice makes perfect... bring out a couple of times and will get used to it le...

I also change my breastpads like twice a day cos after each pump, I will apply the nipple cream on my nipples and the cream stains the pads.

I never tried bringing bb out alone. The last time when I was about to bring wenxuan out alone, I found myself pregnant again and gynae haas advised me not to walk too much or carry heavy stuff. I also scared if bring bb out alone, scully bb cries non-stop or poo poo, I afraid cannot handle leh.</font>

hahahaha pump and pump, you sound like a breastpump jock, instead of going to gym to pump iron, u take out your pumps and pump milk.

i also let abby latch, like lazy to do the whole sterilising, pump, transfer and store bit. just whip out a breast and we're all ready to go~

u know sacks of rice are good for building bicep definition? heheheheheh..

i also rotate the breast pads, i also turn them sideways.. in fact if i can find an unused spot, i will place the nipple there.. i will change after a shower or when my boobies start smelling stale. :x all in all, i think i use about max 6-8 daily. is that alot?

i've seen the poo splat out before.. esp on the CL. Everytime poo splats out on her, i tell CL check tonight's shinmin/wanbao and see if she tio 4d. ahahahah... and when i change her.. i lift diaper front up like shield cautiously. hahahahaah eh but mommies, i realise abby's shit not so watery anymore, it's more like a lump of wet disintegrated tissue paper. that a normal transition?

my uncle who's a gp advised against bringing the kid to crowded places with indoor airconditioning because kid still young, lacks immunity and not so scared of the adults but children can be very germy. he encourages bringing the kid out to open air spaces like parks and gardens for fresh air though.

but i also want to bring leh.. i want to wait for my sis to fly down this weekend first then pack baby, CL, jiejie and go down to taka for a short stint of shopping and lunch. hehehehe.. maybe it's a case of practice.

Long time no log in liao. My days are filled with pumping, latching, pumping, latching &amp; sunbathing bb (becoz of jaundice). Din reali latch my bb nowadays as i can't seem to match his feeding time. He's either asleep when i'm engorged and when he's awake i've already did my pumping.

Btw, does anybody know when can i start exercise after a c-sect?
 
Hi! I'm from the nov thread.. am wondering for those mommies here who went thru csec with epi, how does it feel? My gynae suggest e above as well but i'm tinking if i'll freak out hearing all the kling-kong kling-kong of those surgical apparatus and smell of blood!!

Marcus have mainly on his face. Chest and back a bit. Sigh... now much better after applying the candeula cream.

Peanut00, i had c-sec with Epi. Not scary lah. Over very fast, less than an hour. I was joking with my gynae throughout the process. So... dun worry, u sure can handle it one.

The kind of service i get esp when i was on subsidized rate was pretty bad... the MO is so rough lo! Press so hard till my tummy damn pain and my poor bb was kicking away like screaming for help! Ask them some questions they also can't really ans me and some more very yaya leh! i really cannot entrust them to deliver my bb.. things got better after i change to a fix gynae but service wise by the nurse nothing to rave abt either but my gynae is good. Even when on subsidize rate, i feel that its really not cheap leh... when i know there are gynaes like Dr Lawrence Ang and Dr Woody that charge by package so cheap i really wanna bang my head.
 


JJMom, as suggested by the mummies, i break bryan's feed and burp him in btw and he doesnt vomit milk anymore

Im so tired with the pumping as well, cos really cant latch bryan on, wait i force him and he gets hungry + angry then he bite me! Wondered why the 3 hrs interval always seems to come so fast!!
