mummies giving raw carrots sticks might wan to take note.. i quote the line from a web
"carrots may be MORE nutritious when gently cooked."
 
This is because the cooking process breaks down the thick cell membranes, making the fibre more available to the body, releasing other nutrients AND releasing sugars (giving the carrot a sweeter taste).

Cooked carrots make a wonderful finger food for babies!

Thanks for sharing how you prepare your fish. I'll go buy threadfin tomorrow to try it out. I hope my baby can chew a little since she got a bit of teeth already. Sometimes she still chokes on her porridge when it's not ground very powdery.

I think 'zhi fu wei hun' is more for babies that are unborn. Perhaps 'fu4 mu4 zhi1 ming4' is more like it? Or in your case, 'ma1 ma1 zhi1 ming4' since your husbands never had a hand in it.

mummies.. anyone here have this encounter.. as in the rash will fade den come back again? coz Erin's case is like this leh.. if she is under cool temp(air-con room), her rash will fade. but once i off the air-con n she get agitated, her rash will appear again. is it normal?</font>

for the viral rash.. yes is normal.. hv to be cooling so the rash will fade. shawn kanna b4 so wat i do is put the aloe vera gel in the fridge then cold cold apply for him and he like it.

carrier - i jus received this morning when i open the letter box.

Dont think it is rotavirus. Rotavirus is something more serious, really like tap water running down ones and have to be admitted into hospital if it is too serious. Even drink water also LS. My hubby's colleague bb kena recently.</font>
