i am not sure if we can use the milk bottles to freeze. will it spoilt?

but personally i find that avent bottles are not as good as what they recommend as in air tight. do u agree? i find that dr brown is better.

the whitish colour thing is the breast oil from our body. u need to wipe that off if not it may get stuck and prevent milk coming from that area.

How do I store EBM? Cos hor, now i latch bb in e morning and in e afternoon onli, e rest is on FM cos not enough milk. When I pump out, i put into e fridge, then let her drink the next day together with my other EBM...Like that how to store leh..hiaz..

My bb had been sleeping alot today wor. So much so that I have to wake her up for her feeds. She dun usually sleeps so much. I laugh if she sleep continuously for 1 hr normally. Today, she had been sleeping from 10+ to now wor. Though we kept disturbing her now and then lah. Anybody experience that?

The white color thing on your nipple, try to squeeze it out like squeezing pimples. See can come out or not. Think have to clear it if not will cause blockage.
 
Hi ZuEn, my baby sometimes sleeps for a few long hours straight too. they have growth spurts and during this period, baby gets really tired and will need more rest - i think its very normal.
 
hi all i heard that if thereis no essential need for mother to express milk, it better not to. as expressing will disturb the flow of the bm - is that true? I am on full latch now.
 
I have a question to those mommies who express milk by pumping:

When you pump, only the nipple area will be suck into the nipple tunnel or part of your areola will be squeezed into the tunnel?

There seems to be no tote for the dual pump. Looking at the bag like can fit in lei... maybe must tilt in the bag.
