agree, babydoll looks nicer. Anyway the maternity tops i bot also are babydolls leh, just tat it have more gathers and are wider.
Maybe can wear until 7 mths also.
It is the bottom which i tink cannot wear until 7mths/8mths beyond. May have to change to dress tat time then.
Fish oil pills i took usu around 4-5pm. Seems like the best time to take during the day. Maybe u can try tat?

I dun really like to take supplements. actually, I prefer to eat food and get nutrition from there. Although supplements seem to have more nutrition, higher amounts of vitamins, minerals, oils, less is absorbed into our bodies cos it is synthetic or manufactured or processed. Since I have to eat at meal times, might as well pick nutritious food to eat. just have to make a conscious effort now to include fish cos I dun really like fish. it's also more expensive for me... cos I work at Raffles place area. Yesterday, I ate chicken briyani for lunch.. added fried fish. cost ms $7.20 for just that alone.

i was busy rushing for my works as will be taking half day leave today afternoon. Then now trying to catch up on the post. wow, so many!

We have a lunch gathering at Far East square, too bad u miss out our gathering.

Agreed with you that fish had mercury, but as far as i know, small fish is said to be less of mercury compare to bigger size fish. Thats why i avoid taking too much salmon fish when i'm preggie. In fact i loves salmon very much.

Hi Ellysia, It's been a very long time since I went to goldenshoe. Maybe 2 or 3 years ago? How's it like after it's been renovated?
Yeah.. alot of fish, esp the big ones have mercury... these days I eat small fish and stay away from shark, tuna and swordfish, and I buy cod and salmon from different places/countries too.. never know and can never be too safe about such things.

hmmm during my ger's time, i oso managed to noe of her gender say the check up visit before the detailed scan one and during the detailed scan was to confirm only so to my 2 cases, about the same timing lor</font>

The spotting is still there, but still light. Just called the clinic. The nurse wanted me to go down too as I had done an amnio just 1+week ago. Will be seeing the gynae in the evening. Haiz.. So many dai ji one. My next appointm was schduled after CNY, 5 weeks from now on week 23rd. Now barely one week from my last checkup, I have to go back again. Bo bian, need to make sure things are all okie.
I think things will be fine, just to play safe. Trying to drink more water now and go toilet more to monitor. I shouldnt refrain from water hor? Aiyo, shang nao jin.

Oic. For me, i totally avoid wet market especially fish area when i'm in my 1st trimester. There's once i amos vomit in the market.(luckily manage to rush to nearby toilet)

Wow! That's cheap, Ellysia. These days I walk down circular road for my meals. Or else republic plaza or OUB centre area. All very expensive. Each meal plus drink about $10 on average. Xian.

U can get the banquet discount card actually, then can eat the basement banquet foodcourt, cheaper.
Goldenshoe is still cheap, in fact cheaper than amoy hawker centre but many people and crowd, hard to find seat.

Suggest you go to Police station, file a report that he knock into you and holler at you. Then go to your insurance company with the report, make a claim against HIS insurance. You dun have to pay a single cent. Even with only a little paint work only, he should pay for it, not you.
Last time, we also had a similar incident. Fed up we sent our car to the authorised Hyundai workshop. They charged that idiot driver almost $2K for what I deemed a 20cents coin damage to paint work.

Don't be too alarmed by the nurse cos on those occasions when I spoke to the nurses at my gynae's clinic that I have spotting, they will always tell me oh, better come down and see the doc today, also sound quite gan cheong. I think they are used to handling spotting cases in that manner.
