Tsukushi: I also went with satour , tour group. I think I went at 20th july. 12th jul my wedding heh.. It's lavender season but was lucky enuf to spot sunflowers field.. hee.. was so happy then.. snapping away among the flowers.

Mummies i have PMed most of you who posted your orders. Please reply for confirmation. As you did not email me directly, it's quite difficult to consolidate. When you reply, it will hit back to my EMAIL. I may have missed out some of your book orders as postings are everywhere. haha. see until my eyes blur blur !!!
Those who have emailed me, i will reply to u to request for an confirmation also. After which, most likely by Friday, i will send out a mass email to request for payments.

Was the sunflower field somewhere near lake Toya? One of the aunties on the bus spotted the field and our driver made an emergency stop along the road to let us get down! All of us were so thrilled because we didn't expect to see sunflowers at that time.

btw, anyone can recommend any chinese children's books for us to read to our little one? like folktales etc? pref without hanyu pinyin cos it makes the pages very 'messy' to read, in my opinion at least..

hi my bp not from her. at the time when i saw hers it was 80 and i went and sourced for a cheaper one so found my current supplier and got mine for 70.at first i thought my supplier was good coz received my item with in the week and also cheaper then this mummy. so wanted to share. but now that i saw hers at 70 i queried my supplier. then i asked about bulk so that is why he gave me this offer.

Hi mummies, just got the einstein dvd from the blog mum. Discs have the title inscripted on the back. The registered postage (given free) was near to $5!

Anyway, just played Lullaby Time – Soothing Sounds for Baby. Quite boring, my dd only watched about 1 min and turned away. Hopefully the rest will be more entertaining...

my girl doesn;t really watch the VCD/DVDs leh.. i played brainy baby and she perhaps glanced at the tv screen a couple of time, but i left it on for music anyway. maybe when she gets older she'll be more interested in the tv screen. now she's more interested in looking at us/talking to us or staring out the window or at the ceiling/wall..

Koori, my dd naps two times during the day - one long (ard 3hrs) and one short (ard 1 hr). Think my mum does the household chores during those periods.. but I believe sometimes she let dd play on her own while she does the works..

Hokkaido is truly such a beautiful place, highly recommended for all who wants a relaxing holiday!

thanks for the gym info, but i'm putting my boy at JWT kids gym coz my #1 already a member so got sibling discount. The little gym &amp; Gymboree also not bad, i went for their trial last time but they cant fit in my schedule.

during turbulence, u will hv your bb sit on your lap with infant seatbelt, just like during take off &amp; landing. its safe, no worries.

its never easy being a mum. This is only the transition period, u will get the hang of it in no time. stay positive! i'm on my own too when i hv my #1. after confinement, i do everything myself. its tough initially, but once u know your bb pattern, things will fall into place. jia you!

esther_zhang: Maybe you can let your baby try watching Baby Bach, Baby Beethoven, Baby Monet and Baby's First Moves? My baby girl loves them and can watch them for the entire 20+ mins for each DVD. Her fav is Baby Bach. She will coo and will be very excited when she sees those Baby Einstein puppets, and will begin kicking her legs hehe.

While awaiting my Eric Carle books (can't wait!!)...I have been reading this book titled Whose Ears? by Jeanette Rowe to my baby. She loves the bright and colour graphics of the animals...
