Blessed, I dont wear the binder when i go out. I've been going out since week 1. For me, i move ard alot at home and go out alot. So by the second week, can wear heels and walk normally already. As per my gynae, to aid the whole healing process, you should move ard move, rather than just to sit or lie down.
burpy_babe, how come 3rd week already, havent remove stitches?
Re: baby crying
For my girl, she has got different type of cries for different needs/wants, eg. poo poo, hungry, cranky, or just want attention. If she wants attention only. I will just leave her there to cry. Just have to make sure that she is safe. I dont want her to be too pampered. If not very difficult to look after her later on when she's awake for more hours when she is older. Yes, it is true that wind will get into the tummy. So it's v impt to massage bb tummy to get rid of wind. You can try using lavender oil. Just rub the oil using ur two fingers in circular motion frm e naval. This helps to get rid of wind and at the same time, lavender has a calming n relaxing effect. Or you can use the traditional ru yi oil. But for this, u need to rub on e palm until hot hot then rub bb's tummy downwards. When done in a correct way, u'll feel bb passing out wind v quickly. Last time my girl used to cry alot before each feed. Realised that it's because she doesnt like the teats. So sometimes she may vomit a little after feeding. We tried to burp her before e feed and it helps. i feel i'm the hard-hearted mummy here. My hubby lovss to just carry her and sit in front of the comp, my MIL will just keep carrying her when she comes over. My mum will say cannot keep carrying her, but each time she sees her, she'll keep carrying her. Headache. I really think she's quite spoilt already. Some afternoons she cannot even lie down on her own ...
Stefy, that brown thingy is limestone. Read somewhere thta it may be poisonous if u dont clean it. Im using pigeon, can detach e steriliser and just use water and clean sponge to rub. Comes off easily. Have to wash daily.
