Jenny: i din know JL is having sale for bb items. went there just to see look in the end nv buy. bb wipes so far i have seen the cheapest for piegon brand is $9 at chinatown: zhen zhu da sa. the plc where sell cheap daily pdts... if 20% for JL maybe is so much cheaper. kiddy palace selling $10.10. if nv open will dry up? coz still got 2mths+ till our EDD..

If confirm got sales for the bb items, maybe tml i will go and buy some and keep ba.... and also buy the diaper cover .. the one put on cloth diaper one ...

Hi ladies,
Just to comment on the buffet caterer I engaged for my baby full month. Pls do not order from 'Liang Food Caterer'.
I was initially interested in it because it does not charge for transport cost. I have a very bad experience with it reason being :-
(1)The food came 2 hours earlier than the promised time.
(2)I ordered 10 dishes but it just gave me 3 warmers. The rest of the food was cold before my guest arrive.
(3)I ordered for 60pax but the food was just enough for 30pax.
(4)The food taste so-so only.
(5)I called in to make a complaint but the caterer gave all sort of reasons/excuses and he did not even apologise.
I felt so ashame to have these lousy food to serve my guests so my hubby spent another $200+ on KFC and pizza delivery. Guess what? All the food was empty after the function. What if we did not order extra ? The function was held last month but the angry feeling is still with me. So I decided to post in this forum to warn you all regarding this caterer.

If i not wrong, for pigeon wipes, the price $10.10 is standard, even sale also no further discount one. This is wat i saw in Taka & OG even with 20% discount.
The cheapest for pigeon wipes is $8.50 for 3 packets....place @ Chinatown (Ocean) toiletries shop. I bought 2 big packs to keep.

Just to share, not sure if anyone has posted this before, thot I read it somewhere. For those attending Mrs Wong's class, she will sell some baby pdts during the 4th lesson. Basically are :

Towels (abt $9) - she said these towels are good quality and won't mould
Cloth to use to swaddle baby (abt $13+ for 2) - she said dun buy those which comes in different sizes
Small cloth which can use to bath baby (abt $3+ for 6 I thik) - she said dun use sponge cos not very hygenic after a while, will grow mould or something.

These items she sell are no pattern type one, just white colour, not like those cute cute type u can get from elsewhere. But she said the quality is good cos she specially source for them.
 
koori - seems like Ocean is the cheapest for pigeon wipes! Thanks for sharing, will go there and take a look. I also bought the clarins oil from there before at $50, thik elsewhere cannot get so cheap.

Spend above $35 (after discount) have lucky draw. Minimum will get a voucher for 8% discount.

mummies... If going to buy alot estimate ur purchase make payment for items at $35 than go get the lucky draw. After tat pay for all other purchase with the voucher as it has to b used on the same day and it can b used for additional discount after the 20% discount.

For diapers is going at 15% discount .. (saw drypers, fitti, and another is orange package 4got wats the brand)

at first bought over $40+ (got wipes, cotton, johnson bb bath, nail cutter, Disposable bra pads) than was told got lucky draw, went for the lucky draw and got the 8% discount voucher ... which has to be utilised within the same day ..

so went back to get the diapers (drypers) got the 15% additional 8% for using the vouchers ...

Also saw the Dr xx milk bottles ... but i din ask if got discount anot .. if not wrong should have lor
