Ligation is permanent. Can try to reverse next time if u want kids again. But might not be successful. For the IUD, I ask my gynae, he said that the mirena wan is around $600. But will be better as it will not cause u to have cramps for the first few month and excessive bleeding during menses. But one thing I'm scared is few months after u insert it, you will have no menses totally.. Seems quite scary.. Wonder what side effects it ACTUALLY have. Looked up the webby but it said that there are no side effect..

yes soy may trigger allergies if u introduce LESS THAN SIX MTH. My boy has ecezma thus read a lot on allgeries.

I am introducing at abt 6.5 mth on 1 sep. To start, introduce a little cereal mix with bm or fm. Do it slowly. initally they will reject. it is normal. Hv to gv them time to adapt.

abc, think the shipping for item#3 n #4 will be quite hefty, coz already 7ounce per can. then i tot multigrain is not suitable for babies below 1 year old, coz its mixed grain, hard to tell which grain is the allergen if bb develops allergy to it. just my 2 cts.

i take organic vege when i can find and sometimes organic mixed nuts.
