wah....you gals were really active last night and this mng =)

i just got back from gynae - my girl is still head down (gynae says babies like it in this position) and weighs 2.1kg @34 weeks, supposed to be good average weight, not too big not too small. my own weight gain is 11kg, so also average.

re x ray of my tail bone - gynae says do at 37 / 38 weeks. no danger to bb.

bumped into snowbelle too!! thanks to her - finally bought my play pen mattress...$59 and is made of natural coconut husk + latex. anti dust mite and breathable too. firmer than the baby safe and cheeky bon bon ones so i like it!!!

ladies, im gg to buy bb bath things this weekend, which bb bath is recomended? not sure if i remember wrongly but was it mentioned that we actually dun need to use bb bathgel and just bathe bb in plain boiled water?

BW and lau pa sat
I think lau pa sat is quite far from the BW place? just in case, pls dun eat from the mixed rice and veg stall called " Wonderful". cos about 1 year ago, it was reported on Straits Times that someone ta bao and found a cooked dead rat among his/her meat dish... arrgh. the stall was closed down for two weeks but has resumed operations since.

for 1st couple mths, some pple use Lactacyd (just a few drops) to bath bb.. but my son is allergy to Lactacyd, we went to see PD and was given another type of bb bath which worked out fine for him.. we used tat for quite a few mths b4 switching to Pureen baby head-to-toe wash..

Revive is at tanjong pagar, is it v far from lau pa sat?? thks for ur warning on tat mixed rice stall.. so gross..

thanks! ya bb head down since 28 weeks...hope she stays that way =) i asked gynae if there's a chance that she may turn and he gave me this look and asked - why you want her to turn? they like it in that position....

don't envy me, i haven't been eating well that's why only gain 11kg. everytime read about all the yummy foods but i cannot stomach =(

when you gals going to BW? 14jan is it? i dun mind mtg for dinner if my hb is busy at work.

dr loh says head down is bb's favourite position. so keep talking to your ah boy. i read in jan08 thread that one mummy had a miracle - baby turned like a few days before she was due for c-section!! so don't give up ya?!!

quiet sat for me...surfing surfing while hb is sleeping...

btw, what size is your playpen mattress? apart from cheeky bon bon and babysafe and graco, i'm having hard time finding bedsheets that fit mine =(
 
need to check with the 2nd time mummies. which I should use to cut bb's nails? bb scissors or clipper? I don't know which one I should get.

ya.. me too... quiet sat for me... just now went n buy some misc like pail to soak bb's soiled clothes... realised that i really cant walk...

my fingers "swollen" again... wonder what's wrong cos it comes n go....

my playpen size? i check with hb first... cos i veri blur with measurement... cos i got my mattress from bb kingdom so i just got one(bedsheet) from them. if cant find any nice one, then will go there n get another one.

dun be discouraged. ah boy naughty naughty disturb mama...maybe you should try the hard method if soft one dun work. i once scolded my ah ger before also, and it seemed that she listened =P

your fingers swollen could it be water retention? cos that one may be affected by your diet like if you took a lot of salt one day.
