Went to Motherhood fair just now. Bought mumsfairy handsfree strap at half price and eu yan seng brown rice powder for $10. Super long queue at Pampers, I didn't bother to queue, no time also cos rushed to get lunch and back to office for lunch meeting at 1pm. Think it's worthwhile to go, there were lots of booths that I would have explored if I had time. Saw Britax car seat, don't even have time to check out the price. :p

How you find the combi carseat? We're looking for a carseat too. Current one is borrowed from friend. Hehe.
 
Mandy, original price $13. I only bought 1 can to try when my bb ready to be weaned. Don't know if britax is good, must ask Mei. ;)

Personally, I think the best buys are diapers. A lot of insurance and banks there, like HSBC, Prudential, UOB, Philips Capital etc.

Cord Life is there too.

Munchkin is there, small portion.

Farlin has a booth too.

Britax CarSeat,

I strongly recommended Britax Royale. My baby has been sitting in the car seat since he turned full month. He usually sleeps in the car seat, material is soft, velvety feel and comfy.

So far i think the combi coccoro model serve my boy well. Initially we plan to buy maxi cosi or britax but after some search, we didn't find one we like cos hubby very particular abt the material (we don't want velvet cos it'll collect dust easily...no gd for bb nose), no complicated design, gd cushion support that's suitable for infant & hopefully carseat can be use till 3yrs old (save us $ don't need to change/upgrade from infant carseat to toddler/kids. Finally we chance upon the combi coccoro which fit all criteria we r looking for. Here's the pix...
It comes in 4 different colors (pink/blue/beige/orange)

mandy, i using maxi cosi, no idea le, but my car perspire easily. i bought this becoz i need 2 car seat becoz of logistic thats why did not want to get one to be used from birth to 4 years old. but i will likely get a combi or the britax after she outgrows this.

Just back fm the expo, friso is there and if you need to buy diapers can get there for huggies, dryper, pampers, puree, nepia.

I went to get nestle rice cereal (2 can for $5 dollars), brown rice with honey, rice with apple, apple juice (dont know if it is nice) and pampers comfort.

Any mummies here use pampers comfort before? Is it good? I bought it cos per pc is only 0.20. Thought good for day use :p

pampers comfort not bad and it's cheap. how much selling?? but not as soft as pampers active baby.

no problem. personally i find it good. prefer it over pigeon.

it's thicker and not so watery. soapy. but after wash very clean. i usually press once then wash all the parts (pump and bottle). pigeon one i have to press a few times.

if not wrong, last fair i bot $10 for 2 bottles.

if any mummies want to get 1 packet of the pampers comfort or active baby let me know i can sell it to you cos buying per pack there cost a bit more than buying in carton. I dont mind to let go 1 or 2 since I bought 1 carton of pampers comfort and active baby each. Also bought drypers.... hahaha think i buy too many diapers at one go

oh how many in a carton? hmm. shld i get a carton too? active baby is definitely good. but pricey. u mean they charge cheaper if buy in carton? if i get a carton, later HB come fetch me he sure faint.

just to mention that both parents can come and see the trial but only 1 parent in the pool with baby at any 1 time.

4 packs in a carton. active baby per pc is abt 0.45 cents. I buy it cos if i use the cost over comfort and active per pc will be around 30cents then it make sense for me to get if not I find it too expensive. I would rather go for GOON.

Now my house is store with A LOTS of diapers. GOON, Drypers, pampers comfort and active baby....

u have any friend in japan? order online and deliver to the local addy should be cheaper than buy from major shopping centre.. i not sure major shopping center will sell or not..but combi quite common brand in japan.
