QQ, ya true. Better cut down on carbos then. Did the gynae advise how much weight you can gain per month? Maybe can break down into weeks cos easier to monitor weekly gain?
I bought mixed nuts (almond, cashew nuts, peanuts) yesterday to increase intake of magnesium. Hope it'll help with my leg cramps.
