glenE provide kotex loop type pad,breast pump,toileties,and i think almost all kind of essential things except disposable panties.i bring all the things to hosp but didnt use them coz hosp provide.their service is thumbs up.all the nurses there very friendly n helpful.if u ladies need anymore info juz ask or pm me.

hearing mummies starting to pop one by one i became more kan cheong...really hope hubby won't have to go cause it's a marine project,he'll be out in the middle of high sea...if i go into labour dun think i can wait for him coz the journey back home takes 2 days!

hehe i wake up early coz i sleep early ma.wen i was warded in hospital also like tat can sleep for long hours but after awake wil fall asleep again in abt 3 or 4 hours.

the food there is good,i cant opt for normal food coz i had c-sect.so only can take soft diet menu.u can opt for confinement menu but the confinement menu is the same for everyday juz lunch n dinner different dishes.for normal menu they change everyday so its quite good and taste good also.

I have got a bouncer too. Cos I do not stay in the room for the whole day so with the bouncer, I can at least place bb in the living room etc. At least can place bb elsewhere rather than playpen/cot everytime. Rmb to tied your bb huh...

Later going to gynae... haiz, every Monday got to go visit him and give him $60. Hoping this will be the last visit then I can go push push push. I missed sleeping on my stomach, having massage and doing my nails.... ZzzZzz...

dodo, yes, agree with the mummies, tat time when i had my #1, no bouncer during my confinement mth, so can only place my gal in the cot or on the sofa, but my sofa quite warm, so regretted not getting the bouncer earlier! YES, pls remember to tie yr newborn in it, else they may slip off a little! hahaha...

Bouncer - personally i dun find it very useful cos during the first mth, was discourage from bouncing the baby (skull not yet hardened etc), so only place her on it...2nd to 3rd mth, bb became too big and dangerous to be place on bouncer.

i oso didn't buy any rocker. bought a swing bed (can be converted to high chair one). tot it would be better....

hi belle, i've got a rocker chair too! that's meant for 3 months and bigger when their head and neck is more stable.

Thanks for replying to my question. Really quite worried coz till now I don't know whether it's the bloody show or water bag leaking. Waiting for my Dr's nurse to return my call at the moment. The discharge is now getting bloodier. Changed two panty liners this morning already. Dunno whether to go into hospital or not.

Fairylander, congrats! So glad your baby is healthy and well. She should be able to come home w you very soon once she's 2kg. Do show us picture ok?

Twiggy, i would suggest u to visit yr gynae, esp when the discharge u're getting is bloodier. it's not normal lor... better go & check now. not trying to scare u, but better be safe than sorry... tat's my view...

I bought a baby moniter already but it's the normal kind that listens to baby's sound, but doesnt moniter breathing or movement. My MIL was asking me to get the breathing kind but I didnt know where to get. Which Robinsons did you see it at? Think it's worthwhile getting one for $100+. My MIL says it's well worth the money coz it puts your mind at ease at night.

Twiggy for my 1st one i had bloddy show. which was a bit of blood discharge. I think today you might need to go and see the gyane immediatley.
Cos last time when i reached there m,y cervix was 2 cm dilated already.
