K@ye me too started feeding M rice when she turned 12m. ya she cannot finish a full rice feed. pporridge she is ok, maybe lazy bah.

re: rice for todds
my nanny has been feeding C rice when she started sprouting her teeth, so about a couple of months back liao. for us, we still let her have 1 portion of porridge as part of her meal and either cereal or rice for the other meal - usually will add soup to make the rice a little soggy n easier for her to swallow and bite (since she only has 4 teeth to-date).

we mix brown n white rice usually, else too heaty for her and end up she will poo piles of gor lee on alternate days; which is such a painful sight to watch (as if in labour with her head all sweating and her crying away...!!!). i guess everything in moderation is best bah

weishy - no we are only moving there end Sep. I must say we got a very good deal as the unit is VERY WELL DONE UP! 200 percent move in!! Its around 500plus now for this area

Next week, my 2nd uncle also in HK... U can imagine the amount of meet ups they hv in HK!

ASHM, The kai na tea hor... U can get it at any EYS in HK or any medical shop there but get it from EYS coz they vacuum packed everything and the quality is assured. Usually, i buy it at the HK Airport.
 
weishy - you should start to see as many units as possible when you are back. Once you see the one that both you and andrew like, just buy it!

K@ye - Hmmm i did not follow the $$ fluctuations for HDB as i was following very closely with the private ones which they have dropped at least another 15%. But the private ones will drop further the next few months...we are fishing for good deal so that we can buy and rent it out....

ASHM, i get it from the airport coz its convenient... And usually my fave pl in HK airport is the Disney store... Once out of disney store... Sure will pass by EYS to the boarding gate!

THis will be my 1st trip there. Also will be going to Cambodia for a trip to visit an orphanage in June. This is company trip. AM also looking forward.
 
We go there twice a year.... we love the food and shopping there..... just to be away from SG...to de-stress

Cambodia is just Phon Penh. It's more to help teach and build learning resources for the orphans in the orphanage. Never been on trip like this, so think it's a good chance. Not bringing bb though.. not wise and not encouraged too.

Let me see if I can take leave next Friday. If ok, then I'll go.
