K@ye, I switched to soy oredi since the day before didn't help lor still lao sai but at least today only like leak never really purge as bad as yesterday. But the doctors here are really anti medicine or something. I personally think better give it to them to ease their discomfort rather than prolong their suffering lor. When I go back to S'pore next time I will go see my PD and get all kinds of medicine man...

i did ask for anti-diarrhoea medi fr PD - but PD advised me to use and stop once symptom of LS stops, so i figure its kinda "strong" for our todds. But she was LS-ing every few hours and she is totally drained. I think within 3 dosages, i stop once she no longer LS. And she lost 0.3kg within 3 days! In addition, PD prescribes her with a 5-day course of probiotics. I wont be able to bear seeing her suffering beyond 3 days - 1,2 weeks?? My gosh!!

welcome home! E can walk backwards, eh.. smart boy! Next Sat cant leh, cos hosting CNY gathering at my place. I bet ZY will go crazy with waterplay, nowadays bathing takes much longer and she will protest if we ask her to go change!

Weishy pharmacy sells but i don't know what to buy and how much to give because in US the law changed just in 2008 that any child below certain age, Doctors are not allowed to prescribe any medication except for v high fever.
Lazyket I know how you feel about them losing weight. He was 22pounds now he's 20pounds. That'snearly 1kg. I can feel his arms, legs, stomach all skinnier. Very heart pain lor... that's why i wanted to give him the medication so that he won't suffer so much too but Thank God his LS stopped yeaterday already. Not so watery now at least it's pasty. Sorry ah mummies v grouse hor? But really lor next time I am back in Singapore I have to take from my PD. That's if she allows. Do you still have the name of the medication ah?

its loperamide syrup (blackcurrant colour) - side effect is will cause constipation. But its not so much abt the weight loss, even her eyes are listless fr all the LS that makes my heart really ache considering she is a hyper bunny sort. I din dilute milk cos she has been eating lesser already, but i switch to soy-based milk powder and offer water more often which she takes. And since she cant take fibre, so its mainly starch and starch like rice, potato, bread and that.. Gd luck! Eventually they will be ok.

weishy I eye the Damier Trevi Pm v long liao but cannot bear to part with my money leh.. v ex leh.. Here in US sellign for USD 1650 haven't include tax lor... I like Gucci too! Waiting for opportunity to drive to the outlet and see if I can find anything there.

MissA, no lah.. BDL cancelled order coz the Merchant dun authorise payment wor.... Nvm, i will reorder again... Coz alot of similiar items but the colors all different... Difficult!
Weishy, CNY lor... My in laws kept on feeding her junk.... Yesterday, Claire merlioned twice!!!! Bought her to 24hr clinic to see the doc and her fever went down after taking the medication.

Weishy, dunno what to say abt my in laws lah... My younger SIL fed her those small cakes w/o asking me first. Then when i said enough, she still continue to feed her!
Later my MIL fed her those small cakes too... Then i said enough, my MIL made this statement, "Not that i dun want to give you to Mum Mum, ur Mummy SAYS CANNOT!!!"
*Faints* Yesterday, i complained to my hubby big time abt it lor... I told him, even if my cousin wants to give Claire CNY food also asked me first.
Then best, my hubby's RICH Cousin invited us to his pl for dinner yesterday mah... But Claire sick, so i told him to go alone while i looked after her lor. My FIL came to fetch my hubby, i already told my hubby to told my FIL not come up to our place.
Apparently, my hubby didnt tell my FIL that lor... My FIL came up to say hi to Claire and asked me y i m not going leh! Warrao, already said Claire sick liao... How to go!!!
Nvm, i told my hubby to quick quick leave the house so that Claire wont cry big time when she saw her Papa going out... Guess what, my FIL said BYE BYE to Claire! *Faints* Heng, Claire was too preoccupied with her toys if not, sure will cry!

need some advance with using strollers in HKG. i m still pondering which stroller to bring on my trip. i nm worried the places and streets i will be going will nt be so stroller friendly. my lightweight combi is very easy to open/close and can stand alone, but only 1 position, so very bad for kiddos if they sleep for a long period (1-2hrs) each time.
I felt like bringing my BEE but hubby is very against it. i like it that i can hang my shopping bags on it and can fully recline for them to sleep./ but hubby afraid nt easy to close/open or carry up steps etc....will BEE be too bulky to bring around?
any comments?

k@ye, i dunno what to say, but my MIL also sama sama...she can give my son sweets early in the morning when he hasnt even brushed teeth nor had his milk or breakfast!
i wasnt looking cos my son was in her room and when i saw i told her not to give she said "oh Favian took the sweets himself!" wow..then i told her yes lor then ur duty is to tell him NO...she said my son wants.FYI the sweets were sealed in small packets...so 'WHO' opened the sweetsv for him???..totally denying its her fault...then i told my son " in future u need/want to eat anything, ask mummy first, not anybbody else!" super pissed!

MM, u know y our in laws like to do such things coz they re not the main caregiver mah! coz if our children are sick, they dun hv to take care mah!

Not advisable unless the places u going are ALL BIG shopping malls with fanastic baby changing facilities... Like Elements (the one that Weishy bought me to!) I think i Pikkolo Claire more often than using the strollers!
