Dreamer ah, Claire also likes to put things into her mouth. Her fave is biting the hanky and crawls abt like a dog! If not, she will bite the nose of her soft toys... Like Kaira, she will cry if we take away the forbidden items...

But my Mum and I very stone hearted, we let her wail for a while. Once she realised her crying dun help... She will look for other things to bite!

had a family gathering last nite to celebrate chloe's bday and also my SIL advance bday (her actual is today).

my gal CRY again when her uncle came over to give Ang Pow... wah piang, then she angry throw the any pow on the floor and kept wanting to be carried by me or HB.

then when we put her on the table in front of her cake with the canlde, CRY... sing bday song time... CRY... then time to blow the candle or cut the cake, CRY... and finally wana take group photo... CRY... aiyoh... so much TEARS!!!

i thk the servers all dare not come close to our table ... come close to Chloe to be exact. everyone like so scared of her...

chloe doesn't put things into her mouth lately coz she's very occupied with her walkabouts (still need hand-holding) and throwing stuffs onto the floor.

and she got a really BAD temper - will retaliate if you pretend to 'beat' her hand for throwing stuffs onto the floor, she will protest vocally while trying to 'beat' you back!!! wah piang....

my MIL kena 'slap' a few times on the nose/face coz chloe doesn't like her granny to come to close to her face.... so bad right...

Putting things into mouth:
My boy also the same, puts everything into his mouth, his books, papers, toys, cloth..anything that is within his reach. And i think he's teething again (my mum said he got swollen gums), so he's been biting us too..that day he juz bite me on my chest (not breast ah..)when I carried him..so damn painful! He's also getting naughtier by the days...so hard to teach...
 
jaydyn, Mischa also sticks out her tongue very often now..dunno what is wrong. and also put her fingers in mouth then saliva everywhere...how unglam!

dreamer, dun worry, they sure will grow out of this phase. usually i will use a stern voice and tell her "NO!", she will cry, but i dun care cos better than risking her eating/licking all the dirty stuff. if the item is not dirty, will let her 'indulge' abit sometimes. *LOL

Ladies,
I am thinking of your gift exchange. I know I am not joining you ladies but just kay poh a little. Instead of buying 19 gifts for exchange and lugging 19 gifts back, why not each person buy just one gift. Then each gift is numbered. Now, you need to write down the number on pieces of paper, fold it and do lucky draw. Each person would go back with a gift and if the person gets back her own gift, put the number back and choose another piece of paper with another number. To be fair, just set a price limitation so all gifts are around the same value!

Just my 2 cents here... lol. I'll stop rambling now ;)
