annie..feel an overwhelming urge to pinch lil'Leroy's cheeks!! How do you keep people at bay!! He's very cute.

My bumpermat got delivered today, I brought from SSW, the cheapest one at $119. Hubby almost had a seizure when i told him the price!!! I have to agree with him, it is expensive for a bit of rubber mat. But come to realise that prices in Singapore is pretty high if you want quality goods. So no choice. Its much bigger than I thought and all my boys are playing on the mat! At least they're making the most of it.

Sstarlight, better to check with the PD when can bring the baby to the public pool. In my case, i think difficult to bring Claire to public pool, condo pool or Safra pool coz of her eczema... Afraid that the cholrine in the water might do damage to her skin... Sigh

yr girl is like having so much fun. I am so tempted to let my boy try it out too.

my friend bought the tub and float via a BP. Then she let her daughter 'swim' at home. I guess the challenge is water bills, and also how religious will we let the child try. Else will be fine to have the tub and float at home. Saving us the hassle of travelling.

Ladies,

does your babies fuss alot recently? Ash keeps making grunting sounds and we suspect her teeth is growing and its making her very irritated. give her the teether and she holds herself for awhile only. but if i hold for her she bites longer...

how do i relieve the pain/irritation? help help...

Heh heh. I passed by that punggol plaza shop swimming shop before.. the lady was beckoning me to let my baby try and even say "you can try now if you want, we provide towels".. haha she so eager.\

By the way, that shop also has barber services. Can bring our bb for haircut if we want

Teething:
Its a bit early for our babies to be teething surely. But yes, I've notice Luis is always gnawing at this hands, he can stick both fist into his mouth at one go!! I try to give him teethers but nope, the little man prefers his fingers or fist! Constantly drooling too, makes a right mess of himself. But at least he's not fussing or tearing about it. I think theres a gel that you can apply to their gums to help with any irritation they might get from teething. I'm not sure if its available in Singapore. Must look around and see if I can spot it here.

If i am not mistaken, Yellow bear comes in 2 different type. The bigger size one is LG Prime yellow bear and comes in LG bag. the smaller yellow bear is not LG one. I bought the big LG Prime Yellow bear. No smell.

Hey there are a few of you using the Avent electronic pump. Mine's gone bonkers this morning. You know the blue button we press to on the pump. Tink the catch is loose or somethg, now I cannot on the pump anymores. Anyone encounter this? Gosh, I only use it for abt 4 mths so far. And the whole thing is so enclosed, I cant even see what is loose. So we can bring back and get covered under warranty? If so, I can only do it in May when I am back. Lucky my warranty covered until June. Haiz, actually bought another 2nd hand uno to put in office to save the carrying back and forth. Now back to square one.

tinkabel, bring it to philips service centre at toa payoh. bring along receipt warranty card and ur pump motor+ power adaptor. if they cant fix will give one to one exchange. but hor remember dun tell them u use excessively. say this is ur spare pump, seldom use. otherwise they will say u misuse / prolong use.

I think my boy can shake hands with yours, I weighed him last sat and he's already 8.9kg! He's also 3 mths 3 wks...

PD say no need to go on diet, feed as much as he wants but not forcefully...at the rate he's growing, i worry leh.

Never keep diet in check. I just eat whatever I want. His putting on weight is slowing down this mth. Wonder cos he is burning more fats to keep warm since we are in Shanghai now.

haha...finally someone who can understand how painful my arm can get whilst carrying baby. =)Ethan is 66cm now. Since he is "tall" for his age, that may explain his weight.

How much do you feed him? I feed Ethan 160mls x 6 times a day. However sometimes, he only finishes 120mls.
