i just started on EPO again - want to get nicer skin & hope it does something for my dandruff - since give birth until now - didnt improve much le! My friend recommended me Efamol EPO - apparently her friend's gynae recommended her fried this when she TTC - to regulate her mensus so easier to TCC.
I am going to try this also - some old ladies from a nutrition pharmacy looking kind of - they had alot of regular customers - last time at Raffles place then shifted to peninsular shoping centre now dunno where again - They kind of read up on health stuff - alternative medicine as well & told me EPO - lose wt & gain wt. I believe its take 30 mins before a meal to lose & immed after a meal to gain wt 1000mg a day. I going to try the lose wt part & see if it works.
SOUP
on soup hor -sometimes i take fish or meat gravey from whatever my MIL cooks & add water - instant soup! then rice & use a scissors cut up veg & meat whatever's available for baby lor.- my MIL also tries her best to cook soup cos of baby now a days.

re : zoo trip. there was lukewarm response the other time when i posted in this thread, so i figured probably not many interested. i thot of just bringing trishelle again for zoo ourselves in aug hehe but if more ppl are keen, i wouldnt mind organising it

speaking abt rejecting food, jake stopped taking porridge few mths ago, let him takes rice, then recently, he doesn't like rice cos lazy to chew, then back to taking porridge. tink bbs got mood, like to hv a change.
sweet, no prob abt e ON & GAP sprees. no hurry abt e GUG trial pic. i thot for e zoo trip got quite a bit of response? actually, even if it's just a few mummies keen, we can still go ahead.

Re: Zoo Trip - Hb and I bring our girl to the zoo regularly and it is really interesting to see how her awareness and interest in the animals grow with each trip. Am definitely going back again. So I will be interested in the zoo trip too.

Been missing for a few days already .. cos hubby is back and we are out almost everyday .. no time to log in and chat ...
