irin, i dunno where to get cause i oni saw it at the sales in december. I bought a dora house for my fren's dotter.
why dun you build your own tunnel. can be done! and it would be fun.

QQ: We only wash her play yard when she's zz-ing. So she has never seen her playyard any other way. Maybe shd let her watch while auntie dismantles the gates and cleans up the area and flips the bumper mat over.

For us, part-time maid is a solution now as i have two kids, will be tiring to do housework, cooking and look after them myself.
My elder girl cc also ex, $730 after subsidy. I prefer this current one than the previous one. Would prefer to send my girl to a good cc if can afford. Don't like those void deck ones.

bbgirl, yes you can try.
we always do things in our ways then she gets lots of surprises.
- no time to fill her bath tub with water, we shower her direct or dump her into a pail and shower. slowly water build up then she moved up and down into water. the water level dropped and she kept wondering where all the water goes.
- use blanket to wrap and cover her body so that she cannot move, can only roll a bit like "bu dao weng"cause we lazy. i wanted to chiong to toilet, then she cannot move much. haha! bad bad.

i must admit i'm "worried" about meals and naps. meals as in i can't possibly put two meals in her thermos. so one meal has to eat at home, or my mum's place. then sure she won't zzz cos too rowdy outside

but not to the extent of being stressed lah

SQ: The maid cleans the mat everyday. But the whole exercise of removing the gates and roll away the bumper mat to clean the marble flooring underneath - this I think she does it maybe once a week or so.
Most of her toys are not in the playyard. Else she has no place to move liao. We change the settings in the yard everyweek - the toys rotate to be inside there with her.

Irin-different ler, my boy's rui is 'RUI ZHI DE RUI', urs is 'MIN RUI DE RUI' right?? me and HB cfm for next girl liao, 'Ruihan'. hehehe.

pinkpink-Just a thought, I do think my HB and ur HB quite similar, like to name their children after superheros, like to watch such movies, and if I din rem wrongly, ur HB not too keen on bb contest and photoshoot this kind of stuffs? my HB too ler. haha.

dun worry..leia also down with flu and cough..i seen 2 kids in the clinic, same sickness..
im also bring leia for pneumo jabs after she turn 1. heard its painful...so after 1, only needs to take 2 jabs. after 2, 1 jab. in fact the nurse told us tat if we are not putting leia in childcare, can even consider taking the jab after 2.

for those putting your kid in your mum or mil place...how much are u paying them? im thinking of asking my mum to quit after my maid leaves (1 yr time)..but i must make it up for her income loss rite?

QQ: It's the difference with a stay-in maid. I won't be so goot-lat either. The maid cleans the floor everyday. The mat is baby's floor, so she cleans everyday. She also cleans the gates and toys, wipes here and there. Once in a while, esp if my nephew comes over, she will wash the small toys - blocks, popz-onz, balls, etc cos they both tenmd to put toys into their mouths.

Pn jabs: This is painful. Anna usually cries after this jab. She always has 2 jabs at the same time leh - one on the left thigh, one on the right.

And may get fever, so need to monitor closely and it's ok to give one dose of fever med to prevent an onset of fever (by PD).

ya my hubby thinks bb contest and photoshoot are Bo liao, he also likes to watch cartoon and comics. sometimes i see both hubby and leia stuck at watching tv..really want to laugh...so similar.

i've always been thinking gals name...dun know why..my next girl Leila (Lei Le), Leica (Lei Jia) or Leisha (Lei Xuan). Boys gotto give hubby some chance lah...I want Luke or Lucas which is difficult to translate (Lu Yi? Lu He?) but hubby wants Bruce Wayne (Batman), i told him no Bruce, no maybe Wayne Tan (Chen Wei)

i dun feed her much leh. she is only on 2 meals. porridge, fish, veggie (1/2 muchkin bowl)yogurt( 1/2 petit miam)4 feeds of milk (210ml/feed)

K is growing very well... haizz my ZY still about 7.5kg.... giving her all things of food still don't help much..... but at least growing some ...

Michelle: Comparison: K has 1 extra milk feed than Anna, and Anna has 1 extra cereal feed (her breakfast) thatn K. Anna's total milk intake is 570ml. K is 2 mths younger than Anna. And I think she's heavier.
