Autum: guess u can just order cup cakes, its quite a trend to have cup cakes as bday cakes nowadays.. but hor, i like the tradition of actually cutting a big cake, so Rae will get a big cake... a no.1 cake,cos i did not get a 1 the last time, all my cakes which my mum bought for me were round!! And this is the only time she can have a No.1 cake lor.. juts my thought lah. If budget permits, u can get a regular cake plus cupcakes as sides.
Actually,my hubby thinks like urs, he forever worry abt food poisoning, thats when we started our babies on solid, i dare not cook more and give to any of u all cos he worry that if my food accidentally kena contaminated then its not good when other bbs kena as well.
Pax: hehe... not pink enuff.hahaha.. hey i got ur trf liao. thanks.

Michelle: K is very fat and chubby leh. Cute.. Anna is not as chubby lah. My diet plan on her has worked. She has slimmed down/maintained a bit.

Autum, Star: You can have both a big cake and the little cupcakes to surround it. I'm thinking of this. I will give the cupcakes to the children only. And the adult will have the normal cake. Hehehe..

Autumn, i guess men is always more conservative and more rational than us. I guess i am a very bochap mummy. Think will just get which ever is the easiest way. Sometimes wonder if we do big big bush for our first born, are we going to do the same for the second and subsequent? If not then very sad for the second and subsequent born lor. Anyway just have a decent celebration which you think will have for ur subsequent one.
Something boliao done by my HB which he forwarded to his colleagues and CC me.

u think too far leh.. dun wait for future to celebrate today. what ever u do today, u do it now.. because you never know what tomorrow might bring (or not). Who knows, maybe by the time u have your 2nd one, u struck it rich, and can do an even bigger celebration?
Shouldn't think of all those things that may or may not happen lah. If u are up to it, and thinks it's impt for you, then just do it. If u don't feel it's necessary.. then it's ok not to do.. but cannot be because u worry abt the future, so u dun do it now.. okie.. sorry if i sound preachy!

It's too short for the office as a dress. Wasn't able to wear it often until I could find a decent pair of tights to go with it.

SQ: Do you like dvf wrap dresses? If yes, you can go to the first shop down the row on the right (when facing collyer quay). I've got 4 or 5 wrap dresses (different styles and designs) from there over time. These dresses are very good for office meetings.

SQ: She can sew a button at the bust, then it'll be ok. Not too loose or too low. But sometimes it also depends on the cutting - they're not all the same. Got to try til you find the correct one.

was looking at the pictures of the cakes.....wah....so nice!!!! I haven't plan what cake i want for kaylyn leh...also haven't tot where to have. Probably a simple celebration lor....
but i like the crown pan....if can make the cake like that..very nice...mayb get MIL to bake????
re; maids....
hubby again brought up da topic abt getting maid. Just nice...my best fren who is a SAHM....sent her maid back. Coz apparently...the maid was hitting her son even though my fren was at home. So she's going to put up CCTV before her next maid comes. So scary...and she's at home wif maid all the time. Still got opportunity to hit the kid. My fren treat her maid very well....so now i tell her...better dun treat maid too good..else next one also climb over her head. I told hubby...nid to wait till maid kaylyn is bigger...can talk...dan i will get maid. Meantime....messy...also nevermind.
Other mummies wif maid....are you worried hat the maid would take it out on the kid?
dan today...son's childcare called to say son has chickenpox...frighten me, He had some bites at school the day before liao....which his teachers say its not. dan call hubby to come get son. Spend $37 to see dr...get letter....to say that its bites. PIssed off liao!!!! Waste my time..and made me so worried when i was in school. My brother..also a nurse..was at home...told me that its just bites....going to grumble to them. Also contemplating to switch son to kindergarten....quite pissed wif the teachers regarding other matters.
