hihi, me back home. so tiring. seems like did lots of things today.

bot pigeon cup w straw today at OG, 20% off after inspired by star & qq. but didnt buy mag mag, got another slimmer version. slightly more ex
 


Carol: I remember reading abt cups while in HK.. So we have to start them on straws now isit?

Actually I don't understand why baby must be weaned of milk bottles by 1yr (isit?)?

hello everyone.. i am so tired too.. i went to the T3 Open house today..very interesting...paid $3 for the guided tour, i would recommend taking the guided tour, much more interesting with someone explaining to you about the terminal. I was quite impressive with the new terminal, can't wait to go back when its officially opened i 9 Jan 08

Astro: how is teng today? I let Rae CIO today in the car today, wha biang man she cry until her eyes puffed up an face turned red! It was her aftrenoon nap time and she was tired and wanted me to carry her to sleep but u know lah, my rule is no carry in car, so she cried for a total of 15 to 10mins from Holland V to Victoria Street. I only got her out of her carseat when we picked up my MIL at the Library, by then, she immediately KO when i carried her in my arms. Sigh.. wha bad zz association right! then i no choice carry her and she zzz from city hall to T3

I am really dreading when i CIO her at night leh.

Carol: how much was the cup u paid, i think i know which one, its the very colour range right? but that range no handles leh, i got one and Rae dun really know who to grip the cup well when i fill with water, cos too heavy.
 
Carol: Thats what i usually do but she big time carry again when i start to place her in teh car seat.. wha lau, first time i did this, i so worried for her safety, i dun think i will do this again if possible in future. I very kia si one.
 
Carol: no we did not use FM to poach, we buy full cream milk to poach. U can use fresh full cream milk or UHT Full cream or Fernleaf milk powder(as recommended by Astro) to poach the fish.
 
carol: got handles..hmm.. wha then i dunno which arnge liao. I tot it was the colourful range, the Pigeon Funshine Drinking Rockets & Cups.
 
Carol: its the mag mag range lah. This MagMag range is made in Japan , the same range that Moogen and I bought but we bought the drinking sipping cup instead of the straw one. Its orange in colour right. The regular MagMag is made in Thailand.
 
star: he merlioned again just now.. and i think he doesn't feel well yet. thought no LS and nomerlion for today meant he cleared liao.. no.. still merlion.. no appetite for mlik also. soy based also dun want.. he has become visibly thinner.. and me.. i am sick liao.. whole body weak.. just came onine for a while.. didn't want to post anything.. but saw ur concern for teng..

CIO very tough lei.. emtionally tough.. now with everyone sicj.. can't let TEng CIO to rid his dependence on us.. put him in his cot.. saw some signs of him trying to pull up but also gave up and cry liao..

Rae.. haiz..only 15- 10 mins.. remember teng cried for 3 hours first day.. and got lesser in duration for subsequent days.. ask hb to share ur burden. if rae CIO , def no sleep for u.. also no sleep for him..

choose the best timing and get rid of the sleep association once and for all.. it is going to be tough. but got to do it.. else jialat.

u can do it.. anything PM me.. hopefully i have the strength to comeonline tomorrow. me can't fall sick. but can't help it liao.. at least no LS or puke.. crossing my fingers..

can't rely on my mum to take care of teng alone. normal days already can't. now he cranky. me can't deciper also. she can't possibly can..

enne, how was your shopping. ? i went only CWP but cannot get many things. i bought a pink blanket for tian from aussino.

bbgirl, we have stopped bringing tian to swim for more than 1-2 months liao. then now seemed like she needs more time to get used to the water. maybe it was too cold.?
angel, we dun tap tap tap on her chest.. cause if we do that during her bath, she dun like.. last time nanny did that, she cried.. so we never do that again. we just let her feet touch the water.. i try again next week, or next time then see how. will bring all her bath toys..

astro, i bot mini bananas today. for bel and tian. i tot of teng, but teng cannot eat now right? so nevermind. next time. i buy and they can share. haha! i bot big bananas for myself...

qq: i hope so. merlioning is too traumatic for me. would rather him LS.. sigh.. thanks for ur thought.. teng can ONLY eat apple and bananas leh now. but he is not even intereted in the bananas now. milk also no interest.. i looking forward to ur banana treat for teng when he recovers..

yvonne: bananas can be constipating. that's why teng must take it now to prevent more LS.. other than that. BRAT diet (banana, rice cereals, apple suace, toast).. these are the only things he can eat now..

Yvonne: Bananas is to take when LS, if constipation, cannot take banana, will worsen the constipation one. So dun give bel anymore tomorrow k, if not her poo poo cannot come out, will gek till cry one.
 
QQ: Tian scaredof water? so weird? i tot she enjoyed swimming. How about her bath time.. she likes? or afraid too? i think maybe the pool water too cold for her today leh.
 
Astro, is it?? i tot banana no good for him now cause LS ma. i know banana can cause constipation, but have to take a lot, drink little water then can constipate.. cause all fibre stuck!! haha!

Carol: I think it's alright they drink milk from the bottles at home only lah.. Anyway, by the time they're older, I think they only need 1 or 2 milk feeds per day. So can "Secretly" drink at home..

I do think it is impt to train them to be able to drink from normal cup.

QQ: If the water is cold, anna also don't like it.. I think they're very used to the water temp being similar to their bath water temp..
 
QQ: Actually i find that Tian quite xiao jie xiao jie one hor. A bit uncomfy or any discomfort will eh eh make noise and teh teh one hor..heheh.

haha!! tian already zhou2 huo3 ru4 mo2 with ehr cup today. she can hold her magmag cup and finish sucking all the water (180ml) inside. then she suck liao spit out at the same time, so most of them ended up at her clothes or floor.. she thinks its a game?? must finishh it fast?? chop chop?? two cantonese words to describe her extend of love with this cup. "YOLK3 gan2" try to prounouce it in cantonese...
 
Baby Girl: no need secretly lah, if ur baby still wanna drink from bottle, can lah, 1 year old wean from bottle like very early leh. My view is that: i think if by 2 years old they still drinking from bottle, then should seriously consider totally weaning off.

Hey so did u buy a lot of stuff in HK? Its a very short trip only hor?

I wonder how is Traz, she is going to HK soon right.

bbgirl, i think the water is cold.. hb also said cold..
as for the cup, i see how la. if tian wants bottle, then bottle. if cup then cup. i think she will want cup.. anything is fine with me as long as she drinks milk.. but not to the extend of 6 years old.. la.. this is too far to think now. more problems to be solved at the moment.

star, u are right la, i try to train her to be a tough gal, but she ee ee eh eh... sigh! a bit teh.

Rae opp, today , dun wanna suck her cup liao, only when i hold a straw bottle in from of her then she wants to drink together, if not, she dun even wanna suck!. so today only 30ml the whole day *sigh*
 
Star, QQ: Yah lor. 1 yr old wean off a bit too strict.. I also think even at 2 or 3 yrs and they still want to drink from bottle, it's still ok lah.. And yah, at 6yrs old, they better be weaned off liao..

I think weaning off pacifier is more headache than weaning off milk bottles.. So far, I haven't heard from anyone I know that they have an issue with bottle weaning.. But paci weaning, I heard a lot of cases!
