in the beginning need to express like twice a day
then slowly decrease till 2days then now a wk..
but hor i lazy to express now hahaa
so tahan the pain..
actually oso dunno pain cuz engorge or cuz mense coming...
so confusing!
 


ok here u go.. the pics of my barley.

The one on the left is my Holland Barley (bought from Fu Wha Medical Shop).. the one on the right is my organic barley. They look the same right? which is why i suspect my holland barley is hulled barley. They are tiny, smaller in size than the china pearl barley.

cuz he dun want lo so quite demoralise
then now force him la then he accept lo

if consider the force method hor
think 1-2weeks can wean liao!
it's rather quick & sudden lo
so be prepared u'll feel sad cuz she dun latch on anymore..

actually i dun plan to wean her off totally... would still like to latch her on for 1st feed and last feed, its the inbetween feed during the day that i am looking to wean off.

after he accepts bottle, i still latch him for the 10pm feed
so when i try to wean him off that feed, he oso rejects at 1st!
hehe...so cute ;) when i think of it!

me not getting a ground job so need to totally wean him lo
but after wean him from BM, i find me & hubby got more couple time liao!

gak: can understand.. cos of ur job nature thats why u need to wean him off totally. i am trying the gradual approach.. i give myself like 3 months to wean her off ehr day feed.. now she only drinks like 3 milks feed in the day.. should be easier lah.. my concern is my milk supply.. dunno by then if my morning and nite feed will be enuff for her lor.

i'm using Stage 2 (from 6 mths onwards) for milk feeds
Stage 2 packaging is Blue Stage 1 is Red
NUK only got 2 stages, each stage 3 types of teats
Stage 1's for 0-6mths so our babies dun need that liao

the 3 types of teats are: 1)Thin Liquids 2)Milk 3)Thicker Feeds

i'm using the teat for Milk
i bought the 1 for Thicker Feed b4, the hole's quite big like magmag
dun think suitable for milk feedings

Irin: still around?.. today teng weighed 12.2kg.. and is 78cm tall. havne't check out his BMI yet.. I hope is falling to 90%.. want update u more.. but just so lazy to type.. coz once start typing.. mus type very long liao. coz i am just so damm longwinded..

Pink: u almost lost ur wallet and ur man irriated u again with his lack of response? men. very insensitive at times.. Miser also irriated me just now.. hope by the time u see this post tomorrow (ehh.. later in the day).. u will be feeling better...

gak: alamak. u 'bluff' me huh.. nvm sleep :p no lah.. i not eager for him to teeth per say.. but i am troubled since he seems slighly slow as compared to other bbs his age in terms of OVERALL deveelopment.. hmm.. ok.. correction.. maybe in terms of gross m otor skills.. fine motor he is slighty advanced.. i guess i am the neurotic one here lah.. and i thought the fussing he's esxperiencing now (nasal congestion cld be due to teething also) is due to teething.. no again! . of everytime he short short.. i would think teething! ??!! (coz i want to get it over and done with...) but all the time.. it's not.. sigh

teng can sleep by himself.. nvr carried him at all.. nvr rocked him to sleep too.. only vice was pacifier dependency. which i CIO-ed him when he was 2 mths plus.. so now he needs his safety object (cloth napkin) and he will suck his thumb to sleep..

10 kg.. hmm very LIGHT ah!! u must pardon me ..coz 10 kg.. was like the wieght of teng when he 6 mths.. i already immune to all the possible pains u can have when carrying a heavy bb.. that's why when back from kindermusik trial class. all the other mums didn't feel anything.. but my arms were sng for 2 days! coz i carrying 12 kg load ah!!!

teng can walk with support lah. but if u consider it in the strictest sense.. he is still immboile lah. coz he can't /dun want to crawl..

see lah.. another one.. dun crawl.. so u tell me .. if u were me. would u be worried?? let's not forget to mention. that when i was preg with him. i had chicken poz..and goodness kniow what the damm virus did to his brains hor.. and then I messed him up in his first three months.. hell for him and me.. then after that got shingles.. alamaak.. sian.. sometimes.. i think i DO have a case for being paranoid.. and i SHOULD be pardoned for indeed being so!
