BB: yes it will be painful, but u gotta press hard to release it, if not, u will be in pain for a few days. My theory is a short while of pain is better as compared to prolong pain over a few days.
 
star, ok noted. I will tell u tmr if i get any or che after pressing. Issit b cos darius din suckle well thats y i got blocked ducts?
 
BB: The ducts are not caused by D not sucking well. Block ducts comes about cos the milk in those duct cannot flow out properly, this could be cos u have been latching D consistently in only 1 position, thus, some duct dun get such a strong suction due to positioning of the latch thus can get block easily. Which part of ur breast is the duct located? (u can tell me position using the clock, e.g. 12 ok position or 6pm position). usually what position do u latch D ?

hey.. ENO is safe during preg for daily use or not?

u can use a warm towel on the blocked duct area before getting D to latch. it took me 2 days to clear the duct. i kept pumping n latching n lots of warm towel...
btw shld avoid seafood (except fish) and duck for abt 6mths.

BB, u have pump right? press on that blocked area with hot towel while pumping, maybe can relief a bit. u can try differnt position as star suggested.

QQ/AStro: Dun drink so much sugar coloured water, not good for bb ok.. cos only mepty calories with high sugar content. one of my fren drink so much 7up that end up she put on a lot of weight yet bb comes out 2.6KG at full term. so most of the weight went to mummy instead/. drink in moderation. and remember dun drink light or diet drinks, not good more preggy woman, can affect brain development of bb.

pax: heard u came by ths morning, i was in class lah.. missed u. thanks for th training pants.. i have nto started training rae yet. just fixed my toilet-trainer with the steps today.. and then i put her on it and she pee-ed there.. we were both so happy.. hahah.. she clapped after peeing and i kept showing herthe good sign.. hahah quite funny.

pax/QQ/star, i did use hot towel to massage but the lump still there. The lump now not so hard and pain after latched on darius....but its there lah.

we got a new stroller today! Maclaren Daytripper $98 at Taka Baby Fair. bumped into blurbelle there! she also got the same stroller! light, but only 2 positions.

i made an "important" decision after lunch today
i shall stop cooking for YE on sun afternoons.
we'll both go to macdonalds and she can eat what she likes, i dun have to feed her, and everybody's happy. else we spoil everybody's appetite everytime i scream at her

so dun bother taking hi chair for us anymore. paisei every week mr lai and mr pang got to take the hi chair for us

actually i do know that YE is Ern. But I thot Hanyu Pinying is En so that's why i used En. No problem.. will change it to Ern.
 
BB: no "ABnormal" feeding position one lah.. i fed rae 24 hrs round the clock position before.. cos once my block duct at 12 pm position, i lay opp her so that her chin can rest on my block duct and this helped to clear. Hey i teach u, this trick was wat yvonne mentioned too.. my Mi4 Ji2i passed to u all.. latch bb in the position that his chin is resting on the spot of r block duct, this will cause a stronger suction to that area and can clear the block easier. so if u block at 2pm, u must put his chin to rest on the 2pm position. Understand? u should try and rotate the latching, sometimes, football hold, some time cradle hold, sometimes, lie down etc.
 
pax, no not today. To be exact, it was on fri nite cos i realised milk flow fr that breast reduced alot. Then woke up feeling feverish on sat morn.
 
star: ya.. i think I feel quite ok after drinking it.. these two day ran out.. maybe that's why so bad..
i am drinking it more for the daily vit c lah.. but maybe i can top it withe eno as well? hmm...

SQ: i am about to do that as well.. stopped teng's meals on weekends.. and let him eat what we eat..i give him one last chance..

the stroller looks good. It's something like Volo? When is the Taka Fair ending? Wonder if I'll have the chance to go take a look.

4.8kg. it's like Volo, but Volo only 1 position. Daytripper allows 2 positions. Taka Baby Fair till 29 mar. we brought the kids to try out Daytripper and Volo at Vivo Spring. M prefers Daytripper. that's why we got this one. Volo is lighter..
 
pax: hey.. i forgot to tell u.. that teng, as inactive as he is, was not willing to sit properly in his seat during/before takeoff/landing.. the air pressure was not a problem to him though.. guess u are aware of the infant restraint belt? asked for that if jo acts up and doesn't want to sit in the seat?

and.. hmm.. will u be able to tahan sling Jo when she sleeps ah? then really dun need the stroller coz M not taking his naps..
 


Pax: same question oas RR, isit the same as Volo, volo more expensive and its really light.

BB: Doris taught u the The Marmet Technique right? actually to prevent block duct, u should massage ur breast before feeeding D at each session. this is to loosen the ducts so that milk can flow easier.
