QQ, take gd care of yrself! just now u mentioned abt maid and mr lai working from home.. u ok with leaving maid with ah lao at home while u r at work?? not saying yr ah lao will do wat lah but scared maid tok/do nonsense?? nvm lah, this thing think later, u rest well now.

tay, tell u something.. i always leave maid and baby at home by themselves when we go out.. many pple asked me how come i fang xin but i think i trust my maid.. at least from wat i observed she genuinely loves and care for my baby.. unless she is a damn gd actress.. well i do hu si luan xiang sometimes, but so far so gd and i am keeping my fingers crossed. perhaps u are "scared" by yr mum or pple ard u thus feeling insecure abt leaving baby with maid??

ash, i hv done hot yoga at that studio quite regularly before i had anthea. my gf did feel dizzy during the session. aft that she dared not try liao.

pax, now with similac she is back to her occasional vomitting and everytime its projectile vomit. in fact she just vomited when i fed her at 11+pm just now

actually i am very ashamed to say that the one who is xin ku one is not me, its my maid. coz she is the main caregiver, feeds and attends to andrea 90%. i only feed her once or twice at nite when maid has slept. the only thing i do for andrea is to bathe her every morn and play with her when anthea is in sch or sleeping.. andrea now chooses my maid over me..

dats why i am really grateful to my maid.. she looks aft baby, does housework and cooks for the family.. i think she is super..

pax, ya gotta feed her every 2hrs.. shao3 chi1 duo1 can1... think most likely reflux else i cant think of any other reason liao...

hey, you should do lasik! haha, isn't that wat everybody says? i will recommend my doctor to you if you want. regret not doing sooner. now perfect vision with both eyes, independent not yet. but can drive etc. super happy

yes, i still use desitin. i am super ks. what i can prevent, i will prevent. and once in a while YE ganna diaper rash when mil doesn't use desitin diligently, so i am v particular about being diligent myself

btw, i almost ki siao when i fed anthea today.. she simply refused to open her mouth!! and insisted in self feeding soup soooo slooooowly.. really testing my patience..

at least it means your maid is doing a good job
i find that usually that's the case when you have a maid? that the bb wil get used to the maid if she's diligent in care giving. good also lah. if andrea doesn't want the maid, then you worry!

u hv to worry abt both kids not feeding well. not xin ku meh. even if hard work done by maid, mentally got to be strong too. like SQ say, liao bu qi le.

as much as the maid may do a good job, it's just a "job". she's not the mother

i dun even feed EV and I have never bathed her once since she is born! yeah.. not that I am proud of that or ashamed of that.. to me those are not very impt stuff.. cos deep down I know that if I don't have a maid, i can always do those stuff.. and if I don't have a maid, my baby will at most suffer separation anxiety for a while, but if my baby doesn't have a mummy, then she will be very ke-lian.

All kids who have the love of both their parents are the most xin4 fu2.. maids, helpers etc are just the add-ons. Look at it this way ok. hee..

Every pregnancy is different. Last time with YT, I practically dun have any ms at all even though I'm on hormone pill. No ms, super good appetite, mostly good mood, eat till I put on 22kg. In fact, one of the very first thing that made me suspect pregnancy is my super duper good appetite. One colleague said she wanted to be pregnant after looking at how I took my pregnancy (she's unmarried) but after she saw another colleague being pregnant and that colleague is sick all the time, kept puking non-stop, can barely move for weeks, she say she never want to be pregnant liao, haha.

I can understand your frustrations cuz YT ate like that. Can you imagine that I came home at 8 and she is still eating the dinner that my MIL started feeding more than an hour ago? Even milk she can take an hour to drink. My hb asked if got any squeeze bottle can just squeeze the milk into her or not, haha.
 
Astro: dun worry first, my MS didn;t kick in till i was like in my 7th week. that was when all the major vomiting happened. Before that, i tot i was one of those lucky few who will not get MS but i was wrong. think its sill a bit early for u now. monitor for a week more, if no symptoms, can call gynae and ask.

Atum: i also still use desitin esp at nite cos sometime she still get rash and i will apply using desitin.

Tks for the well wishes. We are in a isolated room at kkh now. Reyes started to take some milk and food. I'm so happy.

Great that Reyes start to take milk and food liao. Poor thing, her mouth and throat must be very painful. Sayang Reyes.
Reyden at home with hb or your parents?

Reyden is home with hubby. We checked with the school and they say he can go to school as long as he don't have any of the symptoms so hubby sent him to school liao.

I felt so sad last night, partly was cos of Reyes and partly cos I miss reyden so much ...
