star: i didn't kena cracked or bleeding nipples, but i get blocked ducts all the time, in fact every other day ... once i spent 4 hours trying to get rid of 1 blocked duct but I FAILED. i use toothbrush lah, all kinds of thing to try to get rid of it but to no avail. finally it decided to spare me the agony so i was relieved. My gal first month celebrations i kena mastitis ... so went thru it like a zombie .. the pain and agony ... who can forget ... the problems for bf-ing made it that watever i suffered in pregnancy was nothing! esp when the engorgement set in ... i hope my breasts cooperate this time, I really dun want to spend 1 to 2 hours pumping out 200 ml of milk =( this issue is enuff to depress me =(
A & A: not quite yet ... still 5 months now... my honeymoon stage should be in 6 / 7 months ... SB no time, but got time to buy SB magazine to ogle and to buy Sb materials ... my hubby thinks I'm mad! anyway at the 6th/ 7th month stage is the peak at my work cycle again, so i just hope i can "breeze" through it.

maid issues are never ending. must really close one eye to many things. my BIL once told me this, consider carefully what are the pressing needs you have (which you need a maid for) and if the maid can help u in these areas, then that is very good liao.

bel and sam have been good gals this time round. And sam start sucking her feet! Nick very funny and joked, are u preg? Cos sam is sucking feet now. Quickly i beat him up and said i don wan! Lol. And told him is a milestone for babies la. Cos bel also start sucking feet at this age.
oh yes, we have come to terms, we close shop. No more #3. I feel sad, but maybe nick feel that is very hard to take care, worry #3 will become lonely, cos he said if wan #3, must have #4 to accompany. Anyway, i told him if i wan, he also cannot reject. Lol! *wink at astro. Think RA lol!

which is good woh. i had this injection during tian, by another gynae. super painful. after that switched to PT, he said no need to inject but on pills should be ok. then i was on pill for 1 week then ok le.

QQ: wow ur case have to be very careful hor...really cannot cont to be tough when we preggy one... my lil gal collig who was preg also got fresh blood bleeding, then given 2 wks MC.. bleeding didn't go away, she was hospitalised for CRIB, discharged on 3rd day but given 1 month MC cos still have spotting. Now we start to kick in her maternity leave cover.. her job spread across all other colligs.. do take care and rest very well... make sure u rest in bed and dont move ard... ignore ur work for the time being and focus on urself and feeling good... most imptly u must feel good and stay happy!

U noe till todae i dare not tell my inlaws and my parents something abt D. I bought the POANG armchair fr ikea before delivery...cos i wanna hv a gd armchair to rest when bf. Then ikea charges for installation is $40 so hb suggested to do it himself. Needs to hammer lah...Actually not advisable to do it when im preggie. But hb say nvr mind. Then we went to get the little tikes table and chair set for ah bian...oso must hammer and nail to install. HB oso say nvr mind wont affect D.
I try not to complicate things but just happened dat D's head nvr turn down. Then i got one customer who asked if i did any hammering at hm...i dare not say just kept quiet cos she mentioned hammering will affect the foetus..."DONG LE TAI QI"

I realise this 2days sam also will wake up crying and keep farting. So does this mean i still cant take soy and bean food? She cry till very cham, like got serious stomachache like that.

It's ok, can hear bb's heartbeat. Can feel bb is safe and sound inside your tummy. Now must rest well, don't carry tian. If really tired maybe see Tian can overnight at nanny's house or not.
I felt the best plan is nanny help you take care of baby. But must see whether she is ok or not to take care of baby.

this kind of thing is fated lah. there are always pros and cons of having either sex, just that most will love to go thru different experience of bringing up the different gender.
btw...i think i can be massage shifu.
after going thru a few massage for my aching back, i realised tat the therapist will use her knuckle to rub along my spine. as she rubs along, there will be parts which are real painful for no reason. those are the problem areas with bad blood and qi circulations. could be due to too much pressure on those positions...so keep rubbing those parts and get the blood circulate better. after a while, u will get blue-black kinda feeling, it means healing in progress...kekkee

Pink, ya, true! My malay massage lady helped me massage, always alot alot of blue black! She always laugh when she see me at the next session. She tot hubby torture me! And nick also tot i fall down or wad. Cos i got many blue black at my back, leg and arm after a full body massage.

we came back to KK last night as k was having high fever again, this time round the doc re-admittted K. so now we are back to the same ward, juz the room next door.
blood test and nose swap was done yesterday, juz now after 3rd tries to collect urine samples. we finally succeeded at 9pm.

k now weighs 11.5kg. think she was 12kg a week ago.
after last night of fever, this morning she woke up to her cherry self. nap at 3-5.45pm. and slept at ard 10.15pm. she only managed to drink 120ml at 4am.
and none thru out the day, good thing is she finished almost3/4 bowl of the fish porridge today. 4 slices of biscuits at 9pm.
this days seem tat, there is a lot of bugs flying around. lots of kids falling sick

SQ: i think she is alright.. she told me as long as she doesn't move.. the blood dun drip.. becomes manageable spotting.. so i think now. she has to be in bed rest.. so u all travelling second week of march?
