IMPORT OF INFANT FORMULAE CONTAINING LUTEIN
It has come to our attention that the Wyeth Progress Gold, Promise and Promise Gold Infant
Formulae containing lutein have been imported into Singapore.
2 We wish to inform you that the import and sale of infant and follow-up formulae containing lutein
is currently not allowed, as lutein has not been approved as a food additive in infant formulae and followup
formulae.
3 If you have imported the affected products, please recall the products with immediate effect for
destruction or for re-export back to the country where the product was imported from, failing which
enforcement action will be taken against your company.
4 If you wish to return the implicated product to the country where the product was imported from,
you are required to submit the approved Singapore outward declaration and bill of lading to this office for
verification within three working days of export. If you intend to dispose the implicated product locally, you
are required to make the necessary arrangements to dispose the implicated products at a National
Environment Agency (NEA) incineration plant. You are required to submit the quantity and value of the
disposed products, and the official disposal certificate issued by NEA for verification within three working
days of disposal.

Also depends on the family gene. Some family gene very strong boys. Like your hb, all brothers or got sisters? And his bro and sis kids have mix gender?
We got a fren, his family male gene very strong. He got 3 brothers, his brothers also got all boys. Hence he knew very difficult to get girl. He got 2 boys now.
Convert your hb to vegetable eater is one way.

For conceiving boy,
We just try out luck. I didn't take note of ovulation date. Only hb convert to meat eater and the position during it.
 
mist: coz they dun teach u how to get boys/girls from predicting ovulation days using a ovulater kit! they shouldn't! or should they? ha. now that is a educational issue worth considering.. hmmm. haaaaa.

BB;s family has strong boy genes... all are boys... 2 generations liao. waiting for BB to try no.3 then confirm. maybe can get BB's hb to convert to vegetarian.

astro, the company will not claim the method to get boys or girls, otherwise will get sued if kena nasty cases. not sure if its the reason. or maybe its not right to reverse the natural selection of gender?

Tell u he cannot dun eat meat, everytime we go KFC sure broke cos he need to eat at least 5 chic then semi-full.

2.30 - sandwich (2 slices of bread + all the liao4, quite thick)

haha...yes yes *BOTH HANDS UP* My hb's family has v strong male genes. Think low chance of getting a gal. But my family is a mixture...ratio of gals is higher. Still hope to get a gal maybe in another 3yrs time bah.
 
I KO wif D just now at 12noon. Din even cook lunch and end up went down to tabao at 3pm. I was so shagged cos having sinus again!! I guess lack of sleep dats y immunity low. Sianz...Little D still inside the stroller snoring away. heee

Told hb just now dat i will cook only 1 meal since me eating alone v sianz. He worried i not getting enuff nutrients since im still BF but i told him as long as i dun anyhow eat then shld b ok lah. Actually i wanted to order tingkat meals but the min portion is for 2pax oso cant order.

Dunno if mood swing again or been staying at hm for too long cos i feel upset dat hb cant spend sometime gg out wif D and me. I wanted to go gai gai todae but hb isnt free. I thot to myself, dat he needs to work harder now to earn more $$ since recession. But on the other hand, i wish he would free sometime to spend time wif us since im still on ML and im quite bored at hm facing the walls and D.

huingee, yes im still taking the fish oils and fenugreek. Cook for 1 pax is oso v boring...me alone oso cant much. My fridge still has lotsa of meat and fish wich my MIL bought during my confinement. Also many herbal stuffs wich i dunno how to use.

i think those mulitvitamin include calcium and iron etc is very important too. Must take care of ourself cos still bf.
Can try to do herbal steam chicken yourself. Your easier, use a drumstick, then put the few herbal stuff and steam for 30mins. Must wrap with plastic bag and aluminium foil. Like those herbal chicken sold outside.
Then steam fish loh, eat one fish yourself. It's good for you and bb. Try to get hb go home eat with you too. Or else one person eat very sian.
 
The tothouse at 951 does not have playgroup from 11 - 1pm. But there is another tot house at 976! So close. They have playgroup there from 11 - 1pm. Hmm, maybe YT will be going there but their next term starts after march hols though.
 
huingee, yah most of the time i steam fish and chicken. Eating alone damn sianz then still hv to jaga D. Yday i wanted to rinse his nappy cos got poo but he cried out suddenly and so fierce dat i hv to rush to chk on him. Can b chuan running ard the house...cook, wash laundry...another issue is bathe. haha. must bathe as fast as possible cos dunno when he will wake up.
 
who wants the ovulator kit?I have a new one at hm wich my cousin bought for me. But i din use cos dunno how to use then got preggie wif D liao.

BB, use disposable pampers bah. dun use nappy liao. i wash until i wanna cry last time. i use disposable ones, so shiok and less things for me to do. already no time to bath and eat, still wash nappy?
 
OMG, this YT, I turn my back on her for a while only, she squeezed hand lotion all over my carpeted floor! Now got one patch oily oily! If hb find out, we both kena scolded left right center!

As long as you got eat can liao. After lst trimester then start and see how bah.
 
BB: i used to Bjorn rae and go pack my lunch everyday. no energy to cook for myself, somemore, i pack lunch i get different variety everyday, the most i do is to cook a big pot of nutritious soup and i bu from the soup.

my hubby has a weird theory.
he thinks that macho men usually kena girls :p hes trying to say he's macho :p hahhaaaa
