Mejo: I'm like you. And therefore don't think I can love other children as much as my own.
For your friend's case, I've witnessed this in a distant relative. Her step-mum is esp strict with her, to the extent I thot she's actually the biological dotter. Stepmom has 2 other biological children she is just as strict to. Turns out she's not. Stepmom is the second wife and there are 8 or 9 other children by the first wife. She's the youngest child of the first wife and the only stepchild the stepmom is strict to.
 
SQ: I hope to have time to do my SB stuff. Am trying to manage my expectation that it's not the same this time round, cos there'll be anna running about wanting my attention, and not forgetting all the pumping and coping with the irrational hormonal changes I have to go through.

by the way, blur, the gas dryer cannot stack up DIRECTly on top of the washer, so there is a gap of 10-15cm is required. if you have a top loading washer, then u will need to put your dryer much higher. if yours is a front loading, it should be ok. dryer will sit on a rack, pretty safe.
joelle, yes i never regret buying this dryer.
but do take note:
if you wanna get your clothes dry without problem your washer's spin speed has to be rpm 800 or above. if u use 400, means the clothes will take a much longer time to dry in dryer. not recommended.
any problem? call qq's dryer hotline.

and microwave oven:
I have a vendor selling the microwave oven detector. you gals wanna buy one ($32) and split the cost? so that you can check out if your microwave oven at home is leaky. old oven can be leaky at the door seals.

i dun have micro oven at home so i dun need.

tian cried when i passed her to nanny this morning. weird la. she sot liao. her weekends were too happening with her papa around. i went wedding dinner last night, and papa take care of her until bed time. not bad.

Yupz. They love flips and I want one. All my locally used are candy bar or sliders. The 2 flips I have are docomos which can only be used in japan.
Now with the new simcard device, i can FIANLLY own and use a docomo phone locally.

SQ, he won't be back this weekend. he will be back next weekend, and the 2 aug for zoo adventure trip with tian.
he siao siao liao, and tian is like his baobei every second. every min kept checking on her.
this morning she cried cause she wanna play at home mah. i dragged her out cause i dun want to be late today.

bbmouse, i will miss u when aaron come out. cause i dunno where to go collect my loots. haha!! your young maid very polite that day, did i tell u? i tried to help her with loot to my car, she kept saying no need. you have a way to teach her. actually i kaykay one..

Technically, they are the same model No. But from different company. So the Alphabet infront is diff. I am eyeing the SH906itv (Sharp), SO906i(Sony) and N906i(Nokia).

SQ, this weekend, want to try my car after feeding them? if my sil has time, then i will drive her and tian for lessons.
then we leave around 12noon, chop chop, before they get cranky asking us to put them to sleep.
we decide again this sunday morning.
now i yaya papaya liao, i got my new phone, and i can sms, call ppl.

ok...if one day im gone, i dun mind hubby remarrying, but the new woman cannot have a kid, if not, i doubt she will love my gal wholeheartedly, and my poor gal will definitely be 'neglected'. hahha think too much.

i want to order Vitakids but dunno which one to order. for the over-sized alpha, u can use it as accent, instead of using it to spell out the entire thing. Say for example u want to spell out "Anna".. you can use a big letter "A".. then "nna" u can use some other alphas or other stickers, buttons etc.. so that not the whole word is spelt using the oversized-letters, so that it won't look overwhelming.
 
Carol: Actually either my IL or my mum will come over our place. Only when her cousins are at my IL place do we bring anna and maid over there, cos got company to play with mah.

SQ: Added your item into my shopping cart. There are some things no one can help me with - such as pumping.

Linda: I will rest lah. Just shut myself in the room and cover the bolster over my ears lor. That's what I do now some days if Anna is making too much of a din.

Autum: Thanks for replying. Hey, I find it's very difficult to use the alphabets even as accents - either the size or the color is off. I'm thinking if I can fit the size nicely, I'll paint it with a color I want to have. Kekekek..
 
Carol: Maybe some days lah. See how first. I also don't want anna to feel becos of didi, she is not loved anymore. Actually think we'll start her at GUG or some other playschool then, so she gets to go to school.

She's been so well-behaved in her shichida class with daddy, I'm impressed with both of them. Some more my hubby drives her there on his own with anna sitting on her own in the carseat, sans maid!

depends on how u look at 'accent'. i have done LOs where the accent is totally different from the LO-colour.. say I do a blue/black photo/paper etc.. but my accent letter for "E" (EJ).. is Pink! so it really stands out..
 
SQ: That's the only time she would sit quietly in the carseat. Other times she will fuss and cry as soon as we drive pass the guard house!
Most prob the maid bhah. See how first. I think I want her to start the weekdays school leh. Maybe just 2 times a week to start with.

She and the maid is one happy team now.
Am not sure, but I think I heard the maid trying to get anna to kiss her! To my horror, then I told the maid sternly once more that she's not allowed to kiss anna nor get anna to kiss her!

QQ: Yah lah. Hope can train her up too.
 
Autum: I know what you mean. But the oversized alphabets mostly come in more than 1 color per alphabet, that's why difficult to fit in lah. I've been trying cos don't want to waste it. Will continue to try.. I've done 3 LOs now..

Each time I look at them, I find there is room to improve and add-on. It's never ending.
I so want to be able to do scallop edges. Don't have the tools for this.

The way u make YE out, i imagine another Lett. Everytime we go out in Yvonnes car, Bel will be strapped in and guaiguai enjoy the ride. Lett will be climbing all over me, ramaging my bags, emptying my wallet all over the car.....

YAr, u are right on not 'isolating' anna. Infact any change in routine will make Anna pinpoint on didi. So plan any changes if possible earlier so dat the tot do not associate it with the NB.

MOST of these phones comes with english. Dats why must research properly. But the support must be in japan. So if it breaks down, msut mail back to japan liaoz.. But hp do not breakdown one right?? At least mine never did within the 1st yr.

My ah lau looks like a opium smoker if u ask me. :p

I think YE and Jonas are very very similar. It is also quite difficult to keep Jon is his carseat. He will yell and yell, so one person must always be on standby. The only way we can keep him quiet is to give him a bottle of water. But also depends on luck, if he's not happy he will fling the bottle one side and continue to yell.

u cannot compare Lett to Bel.. cos u guys don't drive so Lett is not used to being in a car-seat etc.. so when in the car, of course she will climb all over u mah.

in fact, she is OK if we are heading out, but she is not ok if we are going home.
so, she is wild.. ah.
and can use cheerios or biscuit to occupy her for a while. but just a short while.

worst thing is, she wants to be the driver all the time.

the last time i tried, she cried all the way from clementi to tanglin mall. then tanglin mall to yew tee. after that, i was so traumatised i dun dare drive her out alone anymore.

when i go out with her alone, either my parents would fetch us, or i will take the bus and train. she enjoys the bus but i'm always worried she will run to the road while waiting at the bus stop. at the mrt, she just wants to climb up and down. v irritating

usu i will give YE lots of stuff to entertain her, esp her cards and aquadoodle. but these can't be used at night, cos the lighting is bad and i dun want her to spoil her eyesight.

sometimes i let her out of the car seat cos i buay tahan the noise. other times i let her cry all she likes. haha... she must be confused

oh.. then EJ is really a good kid! sorry, i m not trying to show off.. but i always thot that all kids, if u always put them in the carseat, then they will get used to it. maybe u don't always put YE in car-seat?
