wah, very frightening, last night hit the 55kg mark for the first time on my own weighing scale, which would put my total weight gain at 10kg... *gasp* Must have been the lunch buffet yesterday.

Morning, all mummies

Finally back at work but flu still hasn't gone away. Feel so groggy but paisei to take MC again...

Sugarbean - I feed my gal with Enfa brand of milk all along. It's good to standby a small tin, even if intend to breastfeed coz sometimes, things don't work out the way we want eg. my gal drinks a lot so for 1st month, I always had to supplement some formula milk after breastfeeding to satisfy her. Some mummy organise a BP for Enfagrow (for 1-3 years) some time ago. The milk powder costs about 10% less than retail price and free delivery (even though I order 2 tins only). Think can contact supplier if next time anyone is interested to get the Enfa milk at a discount.

Sherl - the ballons are indeed very cute and can last loooooong time. If deflate a bit, can blow air into this tiny opening which can be sealed later. I bought it for my gal at Sentosa last CNY, cost about $13.50.

Sugarbean, I have no expreience with breast shield.....don need it at all.
You can pick it up fm me during nite time. Just give me call before you come.

Iceblue, like what aquarius has shared, S26 is a very old brand. I think more then 20 years (based on my cousin's age).
Infact, all FM is about the same. All are just based on the marketing &amp; advertiseing tactics. But of course, all babies are different also...some take S26 very well, but some don.

You can always call up the milk company and register with them, they will send a small tin to you for sampling.

Myself, I prefer Similac....perhaps it is becoz of ZOE TAY.....hee.
(but of course my son takes it very well)

Icy - Maybe you can try sleeping with legs resting on a high pillow to alleviate water retention? I presume your foot is swollen from water retention or the weight? Coz so far works for me... I've gained about 14kg

but gynae said I have no swelling and water retention (which means all fats lah .. kekee...)

icy-my both feet was very swollen for the past few days until i cant really walk so i soak my feet with hot water w some salt..it reduce the swollen very fast n im still soaking every now n then..u might wan to try...got to be abit hot so tat ur blood circulation will flow

SUre beat my record for my 1st one (18kg) this time round. Are you working? If so, try to rest your feet on higher ground when you sit at your desk. I use those discarded cardboard box used for containing office paper supply. Very unglam
