hi mummies,
jav start his porridge last week.. sigh.. hav contipation after 4 days of porridge. his poopoo veri hard.. poor baby geking until face red. last sun, he gek until got abit of blood.. scared mi leh.
My mil feed him too many meals of porridge. So when we fetch her back to our hse last sun nite. We asked her to feed him 1 meal of porridge, 1 meal of rice cereal n the rest of time milk. She like unhappy.. buay tahan..
Last week, I already told her she can cook extra for herself as lunch, but oni 1 meal of porridge for jav since he oni starting to eat porridge. She jus dun listen.. even tell my hub tat the fish is bought by my mother. so she dun wan to eat. *faint*

Shanessa is 5 months, 2 weeks. First started her on cereal also pui pui. So I mix it more dilute, she didn't pui pui. However, the next time i feed her, she bu bu it out (too watery). So make it thicker again and she takes it well till now

Oh dear, how's ur gal now? Rashes clear already? It does sound like an allergic reaction. Maybe u can try a different brand of cereal?

If Hayley keeps on rejecting FM, u can try to mix for a start. My elder gal also refused to take FM when i tried to wean her off BM. She's rather go on hunger strike than drink FM. I tried mixing different brands of FM wf EBM until she finally settled on Enfapro.

For a start, u can mix 2oz of FM to 3oz of EBM. Try and see if she takes it or nt.. If she still refuse to drink then reduce the amt of FM to 1oz. Then slowly increase the amy of FM as days goes by.. If after 1 week still reject FM+EBM, then gotto switch brand of FM. Just my 2 cents worth. Hope it helps a little..

JT can "crawl" liao! But she crawls on her back, not on her tummy one.... but she can do it at lightning speed leh.... I just turned my head only, she managed to "crawl" from one end of the bumper mat to the other liao....and she was so happy that she shifted position. was telling hubby, maybe she will be satisfied crawling on her back, she won't crawl on her tummy liao....

No leh, it's really eczema... cos its a bit damp damp one...tat's one of the symptoms of eczema.... tat's why its called "shi1 zhen3" in chinese.... but I think hers is heat triggered eczema, not food induced lor.... I'm slowly introducing eggs and dairy products into my diet so tat she slowly get exposed to it, dun wan her to be intolerant to these for life, will be very ley chay next time....

Aiyo, allergic to antibiotics, then did the PD change? Got to find out if she is really allergic to it, cos if allergic, she has to give the information to any docs that she sees next time. Like me lor... allergic to ampicillin, also kenna rashes when I took it when I was young.

Is your MIL in a serious condition? Honestly I won't bring bb to hospital at all, cos even if your MIL is not infectious, there are tonnes of other bacteria/viruses around. So unless your MIL is very serious (you know, like really want to cannot make it liao) I wouldn't bring Kate there is I were you.
See if JT wants to demo for you this Sat lor.. depends on her mood one... think she does it if we leave her alone and she is bored. Nothing to do then she starts "crawling" on her back
I introduce dairy to MY diet lah, not hers... so tat she can start taking some in the BM.Cos now I eliminate so many things from my diet because of her eczema, so want to slowly introduce back one back one via her BM. If not next time she really will have problem taking it when introduced directly into her diet.

You must really take good rest and drink lots of water. Tat time when my hubby was hospitalised with fever, I was also so worn out running around, I ended up kenna the virus also. fortunately JT didn't get the virus cos she is on BM. But when she kenna fever from vaccination, so when I was having fever and still had to take care of her while she is having fever, it was really very tough.... so you must try to have as much rest as possible... and drink some liang cha also, the weather is terrible these days.

you gers got call before hand hor? i was just at tanjong pagar for lunch and suddenly remembered afcai's posting about nestle so thought i will just pop down to collect for Shihui and ruffy plus get one for dora using my ger's name also.

then when i got there, the malay man at the reception was so unhelpful. gave me a number to call but no one picked up the phone. so i left empty-handed %@%#@$%^$

like that how to compete with abbott when they have pple sending the milk right to the door! muahahaha!
