ya, ya, very cute hor when they shake their backside? heehee! I oso worry she hit herself when she lunges forward! Sometimes she's quite successful in moving herself forward but most times not...reminds me of when she started flipping. Most times not successful then, but after that, aiyoh, have to pin her down when changing her cos she keep flipping.
wah, the books become $5.40 each ah? I go with the majority decision...

Dunno if it's because of the fever that I had the other time. These few days have been feeling very giddy. Maybe I had no rest from the nasty virus, so my body is too stretched out, decided to stop producing milk also
Yeah, if I stay with ILs, not only will I be depressed, I'll go crazy! hehehehe, when hubby proposed to me, my 1st reaction "if we're staying with your mum, you can take the ring back"

i am very tired n having a bad migarine since tues...ivan kept flipping at night...
i really very vexed on wat to do.....
he woke up 12am ,2am...3plus am...then 4plus am..i tried patting him to sleep bt cant ...have to nurse him...n he doze off very quickly...bt he look so tired...still flip n woke up!!! then 5am...he woke up again...i cant heck liao..dun bother him..hubby heard his cried n carried him tried to pacificy him bt cant...i tahan till 615am then fed him...i dun know wat to do with his flipping..i dun know if cos he sleep on tummy then he very prone to flipping over...
tinking of using big pillow to prevent him from fipping...but not sure if it is safe...

eh, i act started off w 2 meals leh. recommended by books oso. each meal supposed 2 be 2-3 teaspoon. but mandy's now taking up 2 30+ teaspoon liao. yes i counted. now i dun bother, i just count how many teaspoon o e cereal b4 water is added. she's taking 6-7 teaspoons per meal. but i tink some o e mums here only feeding one solid meal per day.

blood test cos mandy had low blood count up 2 when she's 3 mths. i tink they'll haf e test 2 monitor cos she's still on iron drops. such a big bottle, tink can't finish even when she reaches one yr old!

I have tried si sen brown rice, my dotter hate it men, everytime feed her like war, she will give that kind of yucky face, if we insist to feed her she will cry so loud until v stop trying, other things v feed her she ok one, she even can finish one banana by herself.
Oops, i juz bought a tin of nestle brown rice ystday, is recommended by my friend, her bb love it,and her bb now 10 mth, big and healthy so I thought was a good try.
I have tried si sen brown rice, my dotter hate it men, everytime feed her like war, she will give that kind of yucky face, if we insist to feed her she will cry so loud until v stop trying, other things v feed her she ok one, she even can finish one banana by herself.

Then hor, i think i better guai guai start to start him on his semisolid.. He today only 9.6 - 9.8kg (he moving and moving on the scale...)
He put only few hundred grams from 1 mth ago.. Before going to weight him, my mum already said he will lose weight.. more or less true lor.
He turning 6mths in another 4 days. So his next chkup will be when he is 1 yr old... How time flies..

these 2 days was on MC cos left side part near to nose and eye pain. when I woke up y'day, my head is heavy. so I only went to polyclinic at 1600hr t see doc, at that time, there is lesser ppls liao and it took only abt half an hr to hope fr counter to counter(registeration ->doc-> pharmcy). so surprising the female doc gave me 2 days mc. she told me I'm too stress due to work and also having a bb also stress etc. she is quite gd and also said it is best to bf at least min till 6mth and up to 1 yr old.
hai...suppose today is my mc day, hai...pissed off, hardly have time to slp the whole day. hubby slp like log, need to wake him up to ask him to feed bb tx at 5am cos need to pump at 6am+(hai.. she dun feed at this hr last time but she is too use to my mum's plc and she woke up(tough not woke up but her suckiing of finger sound is so loud but hubby still dun hear it.))
also bb tx recently like to cry before nap time or her night bedtime loh. this afternoon, she cry so long that hubby seem pek chek and I am trying to slp(after my pumping session, today pumping session slightly delayed to 1300hr) in the end, I took over and then bb tx slp liao. by then, it is already abt 1500hr and then bb tx only slp for half an hr and woke up for feed. then hubby said he also tired. I told him who is more tired huh....
till now then I online, he told me to go and take nap. I told him where I got find time to go online via checking email. tomolo, gg to his mum'plc and on sun still need to bring bck bb tx to my mum's plc, where's got time. the only time is night time where I sacrifice a bit of my slp time (take nap time before I pumped at 12mid-nite but wkend will delay a bit).

for frisco cream rice cereal, NTUc have it loh.it is in tin form not box type and sell it for $6.xx. hmm dunno how is the taste like?
I also give my bb tx 10% of fm (only 1 feed per day and if at my hse, she dun feed fm). in the end, she seems to like ebm better cos when feeding her fm, she gave a kind of funny expression and also took long time to drink. so my mum suggested instead of giving her during her last feed before bedtime(ard 8pm+), give it to her during her first feed of the day cos when this fella is hungry, she will drink it.anyway, afterall, bb tx still prefer mummy's brand milk(ebm).
for me, my gar has not started semi solid yet but if I were to give cereal, think first time will not use bm, scared she dun like the taste(first time trying man) then my ebm will be wasted. then me will heart pain.

hmm...will go Sheng Siong at my mum's plc this wk again.last week, I saw a lot of rice cereal on the shelf.
hmmm when ppls told us (we mummies) that bm is not gd etc blar blar, of cos, we not only hurt but angry. just like the conflict occurred with my mum during my confinement mth.
for my pt of view, think per day give 1 cereal feed enough loh. for me, I will gave during the lunch time.
hai...since 3 wk ago, I started 1 fm feed for bb tx during her last feed before her bedtime(only applied to my mum'plc, at my plc, ebm sure enough cos we have lesser feeds). but then thing change when my mum fed her, she dun drink or took long time to drink(force her one). then the feeding of fm change to morning feed. when milk powder is placed into the milk powder container, my mum dun empty fully. one of the time, left half a scoops man. she told me hai-ya, give fm early the morning never mind more water ok one. I told her that 5 scoop of milk powder is for 150ml water and if milk powder less than the amt of water then bb won't get nutrient liao. she still like that depsite of repeating so many time. hai...

hmm.. for me, my bb tx checkup will be in her 9mth - review of doc. wondering how come the checkup not standardised one meh? her next jab will be in 15mth (jab - MMR) and her 18mth loh.

ai-yo, today, I spotted my bb tx first time sucking toes. all along she has been playing with her toes, always lift up her legs, so flexible man. bb tx also like yr JT when on tummy, she tot she is supergal, lift her legs and arms in the air man....
ai-yo, sometimes my ss colour also like what u have mentioned after washing rice like tat esp morning pump session. dunno why. maybe bec we dun eat anything at night.

recently, this bb tx is quite observant. she observed how my hubby use the tv remote ctrl. then when hubby placed her sitting beside him on the sofa, she managed to grab the controller and then she press press shd be scratch scratch (cos the controller is wrapped up in transparent plastic) it. then I just took it away and she screamed at me man...shd have taken her photo of her angry face.

with regard to flipping at night, my bb tx also been trying but hor, luckily, her playpen bed won't allow her to do that or else I will need to monitor her closely. her playpen bed sink in the middle so when she tried to flip, she will be bounce bck. she can flip over it provided she slp on the pillow.
I also on mc 2 days and doc told me it might be due to work stress cum also bec of having a bb makde life different.

for frisco cream rice cereal, NTUc have it loh.it is in tin form not box type and sell it for $6.xx. hmm dunno how is the taste like?
I also give my bb tx 10% of fm (only 1 feed per day and if at my hse, she dun feed fm). in the end, she seems to like ebm better cos when feeding her fm, she gave a kind of funny expression and also took long time to drink. so my mum suggested instead of giving her during her last feed before bedtime(ard 8pm+), give it to her during her first feed of the day cos when this fella is hungry, she will drink it.anyway, afterall, bb tx still prefer mummy's brand milk(ebm).
for me, my gar has not started semi solid yet but if I were to give cereal, think first time will not use bm, scared she dun like the taste(first time trying man) then my ebm will be wasted. then me will heart pain.

hmmm when ppls told us (we mummies) that bm is not gd etc blar blar, of cos, we not only hurt but angry. just like the conflict occurred with my mum during my confinement mth.

hai...since 3 wk ago, I started 1 fm feed for bb tx during her last feed before her bedtime(only applied to my mum'plc, at my plc, ebm sure enough cos we have lesser feeds). but then thing change when my mum fed her, she dun drink or took long time to drink(force her one). then the feeding of fm change to morning feed. when milk powder is placed into the milk powder container, my mum dun empty fully. one of the time, left half a scoops man. she told me hai-ya, give fm early the morning never mind more water ok one. I told her that 5 scoop of milk powder is for 150ml water and if milk powder less than the amt of water then bb won't get nutrient liao. she still like that depsite of repeating so many time. hai...

ai-yo, today, I spotted my bb tx first time sucking toes. all along she has been playing with her toes, always lift up her legs, so flexible man. bb tx also like yr JT when on tummy, she tot she is supergal, lift her legs and arms in the air man....
ai-yo, sometimes my ss colour also like what u have mentioned after washing rice like tat esp morning pump session. dunno why. maybe bec we dun eat anything at night.

recently, this bb tx is quite observant. she observed how my hubby use the tv remote ctrl. then when hubby placed her sitting beside him on the sofa, she managed to grab the controller and then she press press shd be scratch scratch (cos the controller is wrapped up in transparent plastic) it. then I just took it away and she screamed at me man...shd have taken her photo of her angry face.

with regard to flipping at night, my bb tx also been trying but hor, luckily, her playpen bed won't allow her to do that or else I will need to monitor her closely. her playpen bed sink in the middle so when she tried to flip, she will be bounce bck. she can flip over it provided she slp on the pillow.
I also on mc 2 days and doc told me it might be due to work stress cum also bec of having a bb makde life different.

Choo, Evee sleeps on tummy too. She loves that since she learnt how to flip. But she can sleep thru the nite, even if she flip over on her back and wakesup, she can still fall back to sleep after making some noises (we just ignore her as we are too tired to attend to her). Is your bb over stimulated during the day? May not be a good idea to nurse him back to sleep everytime he wakes up due to flipping, may become a habit and problem for you when you wanna wean him off.
Shihui, ok to start with 1 solid meal gradually increasing to 2 solid meals when they are about 7-8 months. 2 Milk feeds can be replaced by 2 solid feeds once they eat suffiently for each solid meal, average about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons also depending on appetite of baby. Once stablised, bb should be on 2 solid meals and 3 milk feeds everyday.

going to bring her for jab later. We also yet to start her cereal yet.. going to let her hv her 1st try later.. otherwise tomor as our schedule quite pack today. I even go n order a cake for her to celebrate together in evening.
Her appetite is very good this week as she can drink up to 240-250ml per feed. My supply cant meet her demands at this rate.. so will slowly wean her off bm next week by alternate switching to fm, to let her get used.

Anyone knows where to buy small tin of Nan HA? As JT has eczema, we want to try the hypoallergenic Nan HA, but so big tin how to finish? NTUC and Cold storage dun have leh. End up I bought the soy Isomil which comes in small tin. Just now made 60ml for JT and mix with 100ml BM. I was so chicken hand duck feet when making the FM. Was telling hubby tat can't imagine this is the 1st time I'm making FM!!

Dun nurse him the minute he wakes up. The 1st few times will definitely be difficult, but chang2 tong4 bu4 ru2 duan3 tong4. Get hubby to help out lah.

yup. found the heinz rice cereal. my hb found it actually. i wasn't looking. there were 6 but i bought four only. didn't dare to really take everything away... so news spread quite quickly and all has been reserved liao. och. calynn and bloom paid and took liao.

afcai..wow this polyclincic doc quite good leh..actually i do regret stopping bf-ing sometimes.. duno if i had made the right choice... *sayang* thats why men always complain they are tired.... but i dont see them stadning all day doing things here and there..only sleep and watch tv and surf net... r u still latching on? latching on can clear the block ducts better than massaging... i tink whether bb got fever from jab is case by case basis one.. like my niece only take one dosage of paracetomol after jab then no fever liao...so easy wah..tx so smart understand the concept of remote control liao.. kate only stare at it..heng ah..ehehe.
