at least mandy willing to eat solids.. my jav hor dun like to eat solids nor drink milk. He prefer to go on hunger strike. we really have a hard time to feed him solid. My hub has to attract his attention wif his singing toy while i feed him. he oni willing to drink milk when he is sleepy..
yesterday went for his prevenar jab, he didnt gain much weight. he was 7.4kg when 4 mth plus. now @ 6 mth, he oni 8.16kg. gain not even 1kg in 2mths. i m getting worried..

yest went imm celebrate ivan's 5th mth...went to a nursing room near best denki .half way thru nursing this cleaning aunty kept knock the door want get toilet paper from the room! made us very pissed even when we told her we are still nursing! then we done went out...hubby stared at her harshly..told her will complain her..she still say'complain lor'... that is a nursing room n not a storeroom for her!!!

BUT i now can confirm dat philson's stomach is a bottomless pit......at 1st i gave him 150ml of milk.....then gave him some solid (to me is quite alot lah......) after dat gave him the rest of his 120ml of milk....thinking dat he might not wan it anymore.....BUT......i was wrong.....he finished the whole bottle n still looks abit hungry.......faint

Thanks for all your concerns. I'm finally fever-free today. Was having non-stop fever for 4 days, the 1st 2 days >38.5, even with panadol. This virus is really nasty, so all mummies and babies, please take extra care.
I still brought JT for her vaccination on Sat despite running a fever, cos hubby says want to bring her back after the jab cos scared his mum can't cope with her fever. So I said, then no diff mah, she will still be exposed to be... might as well I bring her for the jab also.... then JT kenna fever after that. So mother and daughter have fever together

with regard to the ant killer thing, there is a kind of ant-killer thing no nid u to spray baygone one leh. only $1.80 then cut a hole place near the ant nest. All sure die within 30mins i supposed. can get from NTUC one. inside is a brown brown thing ant eat liao go pass to frd all sure die.
PH sooo cute & curious in his float. the lifeguard crazy. wow ask PH to strip to show him. omg. btw, what the difference in swim diaper ar? where to get?

How long will ur ILs be there? sori ar, ask a rude qn, why ILs suddenly want to go stay with u all? cos most elderly used to sg life not used to ang mo country lifestyle one leh.

My FIL came 2 weeks earlier, he will be joined by MIL and BIL in a few days' time, then after staying for a couple of days, they will leave for holiday in Spain and France. Then all of them will come back here to stay for another 3 weeks before going back to Singapore. That final 3 weeks is the period I am most fearful of....

Here's the initial verdict: I LOVE BABYCOOK. My goodness, it's unbelieveably convenient to cook, reheat and puree all the baby foods. Takes about 20min (including cooking time) to prepare a meal and only need to wash 3 items of the equipment - the bowl (mixer), the steaming basket and the lid. It weighs only 2.5kg and sits on the kitchen table very nicely too . I am actually tempted to buy one more as backup... hah hah hah.

understand how u feel, coz my case slightly similar but for me, its my own parents. after bb is here, my parents have been staying w me... after not living togehter for like 10years+. really not easy lor. and i guess as years goes by, they gets more sensitive coz they are no longer 'contributing' to society. whatever we say they will take it very personally. then worse still, sometimes i get caught in between them n hubby. haiz. but good thing is that they do help w all the chores, though sometimes not according to my liking. no choice but to close my eyes lor. coz i really cannot cope otherwise.
wahh.. the babycook so good ah? hmm... any way to get for us anot?
update on sophia :
this morning my dad sent sophia's urine for culture again. think PD will call me tonite for the results + discuss the next step. i really dunno whether still wanna proceed with the vsug thingy or not.. coz bb have to be x-ray.. dunno whether so young do xray got any side effect anot? we kinda believe it was caused by the poopoo she sat in during our journey back from muar-sg, and not due to structural anomality. think i will hear out what the PD gotta say first... and maybe seek 2nd opinion in case this PD is over reacting..
but can see she is sooo much better already... became more active than before she was sick. over the weekend, she doesnt wanna sleep in the daytime.. missed all her naps and kept wanting to play. maybe she wanna make up for all the lost time. hehe.. but the sad thing is that now when she does zzz, she keep having nitemare n cry. maybe she dreamt of those time when we force her to take medicine.
over the weekend, i oso started sophia on solid, coz her milk intake worsen when she was sick. and she always look at us eating with her small mouth moving moving like that + tries to grab our food.. so i finally give in lor. and happy to say she love her cereal! and dunno why her milk intake oso suddenly increase tremendously. yesterday set record high of 795ml! previously was hovering around 550~650ml. think if continue this way... can fatten her up in no time

aiyo, went to cold storage, ntuc n shop n save just now. cannot find heinz organic rice cereal in stock. *faint* can only find the price tag. in the end, i put on a pitiful look n asked the ntuc staff whether they can order for me. the manager said she will try n give me a call when stock arrive.
