ok, 55 scan and post something her cos so many posting which I have not catch up. so tired after returning to work and no time to log in esp when I came bck hse already 930pm - 1000pm liao. got to conytinue reading th rest of posting later. gg to take my da xiao jie for jab today.

just came to read abt yr encountered with that unreasonqble mother at the food court. think she is the one who is "shen jin bin' and even dare to scold other when she is at fault. so unreasonable kind of ppls.

there's a recent case on a 32mth old toddler(boy) pushing a 18mth toddler(gar) at taka toy dept. the mother of 18mth toddler just beat the hand of the 32mth old toddler and then it arouse the angerness of the 32mth old toddler. so the whole situation invovled in the police some more. sometimes, some ppls are just unreasonable, inconsiderate etc, these type of ppls dun need to waste so much 'saliva' on them. hope they will have their taste of medicine next time( dun purpose curse them but it is true mah...)

for me, if I were in that situation, of cos any one will get angry. I just keep quiet and eat quickly an just like what sh had mentioned, will "suan" her back.

ai-yo, PD not so concern, then u prompt him more qns saying u scared yr Evee underweight mah, and wondering what's wrong with her, why she took long time to drink the milk leh. maybe is it Evee 'fen xin". eg like my bb tx when she is at my mum'plc, if there are more than 2ppls in the rm, she will 'fen xin' divert attention to other thing and just took long time to drink her milk or just play with her teats.

agreed that when kid is young, one must teach them the proper value - meaning to be considerate, sharing etc... parents ourselves also need to set an example too.

my gar(5mth+) also drink 120ml if milk at my mum'plc every 3 hrs. but when she came bck to our hse, she will drink 150ml every 3.5-4hrs. sometimes, she will scream b4 her bedtime and so need to rock her to slp.

Afcai, how did you know about the case at taka? you were there? How did the parents of the 32 mth boy reacted when the mother of the girl beat his hand? Reminds me of news recently on TV, 2 girls fought and the mother of one of the girls actually brot her daughter to beat up the other girl at the back of a school bus for revenge and the mother end up being charged and imprisoned. Evee is abit "fen xin" but when i alone with her she still drink abit push the teat out that's why take very long to feed her. Dun dare to ask her PD too many questions esp he had said its normal her milk intake not as much and her weight is ok though between 10-25%tile..i ever got "scolded" by him before for asking something about her skin he find not to worry about.

In a very bad patch these few days.... hubby discharged on Wed after confirming not dengue... he is ok liao except got some residual cough and cold... then now I got cold and fever!! 39 deg also.... So quickly deposited JT at my MIL's place since this virus seems to be so potent.... so sad, cannot see JT.... and she is supposed to go for her vaccination tomorrow... I'm so heartbroken... very scared tat she dun wan to latch on me after so many days..... and she's like so poor thing, go vaccination without mummy.... have fever also no mummy.....

i understand. *pat pat* my parents r divorced. my mum tried 2 protect us fr young. nv ever let us noe she was suffering. so we had a v happy childhood, oblivious 2 everything. until i was in JC, she finally buay tahan n left home. tt period, everything seemed 2 haf come crashing dn on me. fr such a perfect life (i was q sheltered lah) to e realisation tt my always smiling mum had act been on depressants 4 yrs n was nv act as happy as she seemed. n tt my dad was such a bummer.

my sis knew tho n since she was 17, she bday had been 4 my dad 2 pass away... (n then now he is really gone). after divorcing, we hid fr my dad cos he's always asking 4 $ fr us tho we're still studying. my dad feigned memory loss, call e U 2 look 4 us. we always hide here hide there... he even wanted 2 sue us 4 maintenance when he had been bumming ard n depending on my mum n had nv contributed any $ 4 our studies etc...

on hindsight, me n my sis once tot tt it wld b better 4 our mum had divorced him earlier since she'd only need 2 take care o 2 persons, instead o 3!!! n she'd def get custody... my dad oso won't haf a chance 2 sue us 4 maintenance etc. my mum oso won't b so scarred. she oso felt she sacrificed her whole life 4 us, so now expects us 2 b too compliant.. i feel lah, in a certain way. sometimes i even feel (even my hubby felt) tt she's a bit imbalanced cos i haf a happy marriage n she's alone now. she's q insecure n such. so there's lotsa emtotional baggage involved when a bad union drags 4 too long.

on e other hand, i suffered minimum trauma n had a great childhood, tho e bubble had 2 burst at some pt, ie during my teen yrs. just 2 share w u lah.

Mummies, felt very heartpain leh, just came back from dept lunch and i am so tired that i dropped my specs in the cab and din even know till i reach my office lobby(was holding my specs and closed my eyes to rest). Its gone, i din even take down the cab number. Cost me more than $200 and only worn for 2.5 months

Can you remember where's the taxi fr? Maybe you can try to write in stating your place and time of pick up/drop area.
Even the taxi driver pick up your glasses, he also can't wear right (luckily is not HP)
If it's comfort, I can try to help u to ask my friend who's working there.
 
Bestwishes, my boss said its a cab from Comfort. I called Comfort and told them rougly what time i board the cab where and where alight, the person said will call me back if any one returns the spesc to the office but i think chances are small unless the cab driver is really helpful. Some people just don't bother even if the item is not useful to them.

Ya lor...abusive relationships, whether physical or verbal is v bad for the kids. My SIL v lucky already to be married to my bro. He was brot up well n is a gentleman, never beat her back. Once he buay tahan just push her away in defence only, so she got face always dong shou beat my bro. Then me n my parents treat her v well some more, everytime they quarrel, will tell my bro to lun her cos he is guy shd be more da fang. sophia is much better already. this morning went for the ultrasound test.. all is normal with her kidneys n bladder.

next step will be the vsug test... but pending PD's advice this monday. that day was really very worried coz her urinalysis results was totally out of whack.. for eg white blood cell normal range is 0-6 and hers was at 3000! can imagine the fright we got.

i been missing out a lot in forum lately. Lucky still able to chat with some of you all thru msn in the nighttime. So only manage to glance and see the bb pics. They all looks so adorable.

Today I want to vent my anger. Last night, i took a pkt of frozen ebm to defrost in the fridge. This morn, when i open the fridge to prepare the milk for Hayley. To my horror, the milk bag leak and all the milk over my fridge. I am so angry.. so very heartpain to see my milk being wasted and it 180ml. Sob sob.. (this is lanisoh bag). My ever first time got this problem. Did anyone experience this with lanisoh bags before?

wow, so many postings in a wk....bb tx is down with fever y'day after her 3rd dose of jab.y'day, she dun look well and is crying at my mil's hse(go there for dinner after jab cos just stone throw away fr the polyclinic). this morning, her temp rose to 38.4degree so we placed the wet handi on her forehead. this little fella kept on throwing it aside. tough she sick today but she still can smile. ai-yo, she always scream for ppls to carry her nowsdays.

read the posting with regard to yr behaviour of yr hubby. seem like he quite senitivecorrect me if i'm wrong). maybe he is in bad mood that time loh due to work stress? since the birth of bb, my hubby's temper is not so patient liao. when bb cry for long esp while I'm still pumping milk (wanted tos top but milk kept on dripping how to stop pumping), he will raise voice and why I bo chap bb. one of the time, he is quite pek chek and shouted at me why my gar is so close to me and when he hugged her, she just dun seem to stop crying but when the moment, he passed my gar to me, she stopped crying.

think communication, trust etc are the more impt factor role in the marriage. anyway, ever since the birth of bb, I find that relationship bet hubby and me also not close as usual.

bz today.. bz killing ants in my house!!! so scary.. i dunnoe y the ants found their home in my house's crack.. aiyo.. cut long story short, the very patient me can no longer tolerate living with the ants n decided to fight back!! found the nest n used bygone to spray.. wah.. the ants started coming out.. fr a few ants to a few hundreds.. aiyo.. i spray bygone like it's free... kept spraying at the ants... finally they r all dead.. aft tt, i stick some ants poison on scotchtape n "seal" the ants nest... hope this will poison any timid ants who r still hiding in the crack.. :p pls pls.. pray pray they r all dead.. else i think i will go crazy... :p

PH has very poor appetite lately.. onli drink 100ml every 4 hours... dunnoe y lidat leh... hai~~ think i going to start him on rice cereal next wk... hope can pump him up abit.. he's so petite....

ai-yo, if I won't the ndp ticket, I dun think I will bring bb tx there. first, so crowded, secondly, she will be cranky. thirdy, her bedtime is fixed at 8pm++ so if past that time, she will be cranky (screaming liao). fourthly, I'm tbf, dun think it is conventient, still need to bring ebm if bb tx need to drink (usual her last feed of the day is 2000hr then slp all the way to 0700hr at my plc but at my mum'plc is at 0500hr). fifth reason is she is senitive to sound. a bit sound will startled her.

hubby also busy battling with ants, giving them 'peanut' stuff like item(those ants food) to the ants. the ants so daring even intrude our kitchen and all the way to bedrm.so digusting.

have yr PH gone for his 3rd dose of jab? bb tx went y'day and was kana fever y'day. this morning worst, her temp rose to 38.4, so scary. when hug her, she is very warm. in the noon, her temp dropped to 37.5 degree and she is quite cranky and dunno to slp tough eyelid wanted to close. ai-yo.... so this mama also cannot rest too and need to carry her or else she screamed the whole hse.
but hor, just now, after her feed at 1800pm, quickly towel dry her (no bathing today) and she slp like log till now have not woke up for her feed.


haaa so funny today, at 1800pm, hubby burp her after she finished drinking her milk milk, she poos so loud and all over her nappy cloth, staining her little pants and also nappy pants. haa she almost stain the poos onto hubby shorts, luckily, hubby in time, to carry her away fr him.

dunno why, when she went for her jab, came bck, next day, she sure poos and will be a lot one. then the following day, poos again. it happened continuous 2 days of pooing.usually, she only ppos once or twice per wk.it might be the reaction of the jab thing.

bb tx is only 50% only on her weight and height. her weight is 6.6kg (last mth 5.8kg) and 62.5cm(last mth 61cm).
 
My turn to vent... sigh. So pissed off. FIL has been here for a week. Last Thur, he started a huge argument with hb coz I/we kept telling him not to use the tablecloth to dry the utensils after washing (who does that anyway? doh!) yet he kept doing that. He said he will always wash the cloth before drying the utensils. *roll my eyes* So silly, then because of some illogical thinking, hyper sensitivity, stubborn behaviours and jumping to conclusions, he started a huge furore with hb. I am very upset about it because up till now, nobody has ever raised their voices in my house, and nobody has ever lost his/her temper or have arguments. And this FIL has to be the FIRST one to start a heated exchange within baby's earshot. It's already so difficult looking after baby and now there's additional stress from living with another person.... not to mention the additional household chores and obligations generated. *haiz*

Calynn - the shop has restocked UCB diapers, heh heh heh. If u are interested, hb said we can ship one carton back.... hah hah.

I have dropped the idea of getting a thermomix. Instead, saw this gadget (Babycook) http://www.ciao.co.uk/Beaba_Babycook__6641247 in the shop today and bought on impulse. Sounds cool right? An all-in-one compact equipment that can cook, steam, defrost, reheat and blend. Cost about S$100. Will try it out and update u whether worth the money or not... :p

Each pack of the UCB diapers come in 24 pc (for 5-9kg babies). We pay Euro 7.50 per pack. So, if including shipping (dunno how much but can be very expensive), be prepared to end up paying S$1 or more per piece of diaper.

The usual price stated on the tag works out to be around S$160. I actually paid a little more than S$100, just rounded it off for convenience lah. :p

2 weeks ago i had flu, sore throat n coughing. 55 go see doc.. my flu was recovered within 2 days.. but still got coughing.. so scared i might spread to javier. ask my hub to look after him while i rest. tis is the 1st time i so ON. always take my medicine on time.. keke.. no choice leh.. now got a bb to look after. our health must b in top form.
