I empathise wif u...Im now a SAHM...n a lousy one to say...as Im still delegating childcarin duties to my maid...in any case...I jus wanna share wif u...my bm ss has never been gd...I stuck to tbf at 3 mths...n I switched to partial fm when I wen bac to work...now at 5 mths...my 160ml bm per pump is unable to keep up wif my bb's dd of 180ml to 200ml...I intend to latch bac my bb...as I hate pumpin...n follow wif some fm to fill him up after each latch...my heart hurts after I hv decided to do tis...as I wil b feedin him wif more fm than bm liao...but the rational side of me told me tat tis wld b better than underfeedin him...I she bu de bfin too...but we do not hv ctrl over some circumstance sometimes...

thks for ur concern n worries. today i went to c the infantcare at toa payoh n i hv registered. if everything goes smoothly, my lele is going to the infantcare on tis coming monday. tonite, i going to treat dat nanny "fried cuttlefish" leow...hahaha...but honestly, i dunnoe how to tell her straight. haiz...somehow i hv to lah...
thks for the caring n helpful mums in woodlands for providing place (living room..hehe..) n recommendations of good bbsitters in dat area for me n lele but hor, i stay at kallang bahru now n my working place is at toa payoh so abit far for me to go there. i really feel touched n warmed by ur invitations n recommendations. feel like getting a home there now. ^^ thks alot~

honestly lah, infantcare is olso not a good solution for my boi but somehow like some of the mummies i met in msn today said, it's definitely safer there as compared to my nanny's place. tell u wat, no walkers are allowed in NTUC infantcare cos the principal told me dat walkers are not good for spine n it's rather dangerous to hv walkers in infantcare as bbs tend to tumble n fall easily in walkers. i c the envt leow, it looked safe n cosy. though the ratio there is 1:3.3, the teachers/bbsitters seem to b rather prof loo~ the difference btw home nanny n infantcare is hor, infantcare seem to b an education ground for bbs n home nanny is more like taking care of the hygiene of bbs loo~ so hor, both got pros n cons....wish me luck loo~

I place my gal in an Infant Care since she is 3 months. I'm very happy with them as the teachers are experienced and trained. When my gal start to flip, they adv me not to leave her on the bed. There is a record of what time she drink, pee, poo, sleep, etc. and what activities they engage her with. If there is a change in her pattern, they will update me as well. They now training her to drink water. When she was down with cough/cold they put on the school extra l/s top and adv us to bring the next day. This is to keep her chest warm.

My gal infant care also don't have walker. They only have bouncer, stroller and high chair.

Which block are you staying at Kallang Bahru? Me staying at Bendemeer Road Block 46. Maybe can meet up one day.

We shaved Shanessas hair a few weeks ago. I was against the idea lah but my hubby insist so give in lor. Thank God that the salon didnt do a clean shave. jus now i "fried cuttlefish" for my nanny leow. i told her dat my mum will b taking care of my bb next wk. she was rather shocked loo. honestly lah, i felt rather sad when i c her face loo..somehow i felt dat i'm a bad person. mayb cos she can't overcome her shockness so she becomes very very gentle then her gentleness made me feel guilty. i was not very harsh to her when i break the news loo...in fact i told her in a very apologetic way leh. haiz...c her face hor, really very cham leh...anyway, just trust dat i hv done the right thing loo~

My gal is with Learning Vision at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. NTUC is quite established, I believe they will take good care of your boi boi. I did enquire about NTUC but Learning Vision is more convenient for us as it is opposite my hubby's office.

Denise oso hv sm fungus ard her shoulders n rashes ard e whole neck, small red dot. I used the mothercare liquid talc (sm mummies mentioned this is gd for rash so I try) and a baby cream call 'Buds' fr Robinson. It helps. I ks dun wan to use e cream pd give. My fren oso recommend a skin cleanser call 'Cetaphil' fr Guardian. I bought it but nv get to use since her rash subsided aft using e cream.

2 days ago, I drink the sample of Mamil mama gold for pregancy and breastfeed mummy fm and then kept on visiting the toilet 3-4 times the days esp after expressing the milk. it is so 'qiao' last time I also drink the same sample (got 2 sample fr Dumex) also like that. think I am not suitable for the fm.

ai-yo...my mum hor, seem dunno how to make fm (yet she claim she know), most of the power not dissovle completely.... also told her not to touch the milk power container cap, she still touch. need to repeat again and again. that's why I will carry the milk power container to and fro and take it home and refill. of cos, won't let her have the whole fm tin, she will use her not so dry hand to take the scoop of spoon and then the spoon will be kind of wet wet thing and all the fm will stick to it.

dun be dishearten. me also mah, now ss drip and can't meet the demand for my gar. got to supply with 1 fm feed per day (at her last feed). anyway, hubby told me that the most impt thing is to let bb drink full so that they can outgrow.

I also supplement 1 feed of fm to my gar since last fri. she only suck twice , frowns her eyebrows and has funny expression. this shows that bb is smart enough to know the taste.

my friend 's son also got his first tooth at 3mth. hmm...bf can affect growing of teeth meh?

yup, hubby also told me not to so stress of myself. having bf so more than 5 mt(coming to 5mth) is gd enough liao. bf is really stressful (have to restrict myself a lot of thing on food matters and also cannot go anywhere), sometimes, my ss is low some day and I so

. think will slowly slowly wean myself off liao cos I am really very sian in pumping (took so much times) and also lack of slp (only slp for 4-5 hrs per day).

haa..so jialat meh...Ewan is so active that he dun want to slp(need slp pills meh if someone take care of him).

yup, every since I return to work last mth, my ss drip. I only give bb tx 1 feed of fm last fri only. my ss only can meet the daily deman but sometimes short of 20-40ml. for the daily ebm I express, I will only feed her the next day. so at the end of the day for her last feed, I will give fm.

last time before intro bottle, I feed with spoon but since intro with bottle after cny, we give water on bottle. for grip water, we fed her with spoon and then follow by few spoon of water. one will need to tilt her head a bit to make sure bb swallow it.

maybe need to practice to let yr bb feed with spoon.

ai-yo...is yr bb a gar or boy? my gar only weights 5.8kg during her 4mth check. will be gg for her 3rd dose of jab 2 wk time.

i managed to register my boi to the infantcare so tink i'm lucky kua...err...hopefully not cos the infantcare centre is not good (keep my fingers crossed now). btw my hb's job dun really required him to fly around, mayb once in a bluemoon. this may hor, he going back to penang cos to attend his bro's wedding so i hv to try to take care of my boi during his absence loo..i tik i will go to stay at my mum's house then. hmm..the latest time to fetch lele is 7pm. if i m late for more than 3times, $20 will be chargeable loo~ then hor, i hv given my boi the pnen*cal jabs before i enrol into the infantcare...tik got 4 jabs rite? hmm..if i'm not wrong lele will be going for his 3rd jab tis wed. i also got let lele take the rotavirus (4get the spelling). tik tis one just nid to take 2 times medicine ar, i forget leow but lele ate leow....i very kiasu hor?..haha...

Aiyo, my gal also very skinny, she weigh 5.95kg at 4mths. PD said can give cereal. He gave me Nestle one, now im feeding her cereal at night before her milk by spoon. Took me about 3 tries before she learn to "swallow" it, not bad liao.
