err... she only say use olive oil.. never say how to wash off lei.. think shower gel should be sufficient..
she mentioned something abt olive oil is natural oil.. so its the best oil tat we should use..
and she specifically said tat its cooking olive oil and not ginvera olive oil... can use those normal cooking olive oil or extra virgin olive oil (which i presume is higher grade of olive oil ba)

coz everyday i will hav cramps mah..anyway, til now i still dunno hw to differentiate BH n cramps..hahaha...but every nite will sure wake up few times..coz pain..
he said might due 2weeks earlier..so will b in 3 weeks time lor..very scary leh..u scare or not?haha

Me no fixed gynae, those gynae also neber keep track for me lah..
Me no pain in terms of cramp in tummy or down there.
Will wake up often too.. and cough or sneeze 100% urine will leak. Angry..
Actually, think I should be fine if BB wanna come out 2 wks earlier, but must be after 17 can liao.
I scare lor.. U all talking bout cuts and stretches.. aiyo.. then the last time which 2-3 months ago when hubby and me 'exercised', already painful. Then, now u all talk bout the stretching and BB head circumference... Then u go and compare the size of hubby's carrot and BB head... Think of the stretch and cut and pain.. Faintz!!!

Ohh...the 36 wks I was refering to breast massage not perineum. I dunno much abt perineum massage leh. Think can start anytime kua.

I think maybe u confused Cordlife website with Stemcord. Stemcord sales person also confirm that the difference between them n cordlife is that they store in 4 separate vials while Cordlife store in a single bag. On the price, what they quoted me is their all inclusive price plan (equivalent to the Cordlife all inclusive price plan of $1400)...whereas what they quoted u might b the basic plan which has other fees on top such as the 1st year storage fee plus plus. Cordlife also got several price plans. I dun think Dr Chua charge extra for collecting the cord blood cos she never mention when we ask her.
BTW, Stemcord also got talk this Sat (3.45pm) at Gleneagles if u wanna check them out face to face.

hmmm... now i feel more normal liao.. last time i read in book hor, by right 2nd trimester shd be enjoying the "exercise" liao but i dun enjoy at all bcoz of the pain... thot i abnormal... now noe tt i'm not weird...

Your bb is not small la. today i went for checkup @ 32wks. my bb weighs 1911gm. my gynae say my bb is big liao. he say Asian bb abt our this wk weighs abt 1.7 - 1.8kg. So for my case bb is 1.9kg is consider 10% big liao.

I took a nao just now. BB was realli making me angry.. lie left or right also cannot one machiam i am squeezing her very badly so she making big movement. My gynae say bb muscles also getting stronger so the push & kick can be painful.

just now make the booking at KKH for my B1 bed leh. Alamak, the total cost est for natural cost 2880, medisave can deduct max $1700. So i hv to make initial pymt of $1180. I almost fainted. So much one ar? i thot all this payment all pay after discharge, or will take dep when we check in. Alamak have bb is not cheap leh. every mth checkup also exp liao.. then deliver bb lagi exp. Lucky still can cover back from govt $3k.Else i cry.
